- In this video will see our swim out suite, the buffet, the lobby, the garden views, the pools and some arial view of this resort has to offer. I have to say we had an amazing time at this resort. The food, services, cleanliness and entertainment was great. This resort is for everybody from young families with kids, couples and elderly people this resort has you covered. if you have any question about this property don't hesitate to comment.
P.S. I will be posting another video of this resort shortly then we will be on our way to Cayo Largo Cuba. ive been waiting for years to go to this island and now its booked.

This hotel was the greatest resort we stayed at. There’s no other that tops it.

You forgot to mention that you have to pay more if you want to use all the pools and restaurants. Further, some food was good, however a lot of the food was leftover food just drenched in sauce. My friends and I got food poisoned and there was no medical attention around. Security guard had to call a taxi to take us to get medical attention. Staff is overworked but majority is super nice. I would not stay here again and would not recommend.
Sorry u had such a bad experience. I’m not sure what pool ur talking about but on our stay we didn’t have to pay any extra to use any pools nor we had diamond club. The food was average on our stay, not the best in cancun like it usually is. Overall we had a good experience. Only a hand full of resorts I’d go again but this int one of them.

Corona at the bars but it was something deferent in the rooms bar fridge I think
Does this hotel include shuttle to the airport?
From and to the airport if you get the all inclusive package

@@ignacioprado as mention of u took the all inclusive package as for example with air Canada, a representative from that airline will b waiting for u as u get out of the airport. If u didn’t took the all inclusive ur best choice would b to take a taxi. Keep in mind the resort about one hour away from the airport maybe less in taxi
