As someone that runs Golden Grin DW after the "fix", you really don't have any pagers to spare. There's four guards that loop around the security area, and if any of them see the security center doors open they'll raise the alarm. Two of which actually pass through the security grates themselves, which can be an annoyance. So you need to do all the other areas *flawlessly* without using a pager to do it stealth. It's possible, and not terribly difficult.
For Halloween could you do a Vampire Hunter build for Payday 2? Main weapon would like one of the crossbows with poison arrows and whatever looks good for a secondary, maybe the crossbow pistol. It would also use mostly dodge for the Rouge Perk Deck and Fugitive skills

This isnt a hard heist. I just did it after I watched this video. dw solo. I thought it would be a lot harder. I do think overkill will pull a golden grin and have guards come from the elevators in the vault area.
+Benjamin Laferriere its impossible, no way to activate the room and even if you do.. the gold cant be picked up. (you can activate it if you have an awesome enhanced person in your game)
Try to find a crew you can depend on to pull big heists. Its hard to do anything above 1 Skull without other human players Also, dont get an LMGA You can aim with them

If you just have a friend in Civilian mode than he can just check if it's safe to go.

tbh the hardest part of the heist is escaping if you killed all guards in the vault. this is a really easy heist to stealth.
