Depends on the mounting bracket of your wheel carrier. If it drops a lot it might be tricky, but I believe most of the wheel carrier try to maintain the same height to avoid dropping to low. The water tank bracket is adjustable, too. I did not wanted to have it too low. I hope this helps a little. Thanks for watching!
why mount it at the lowest point of the car? imagine a rock or tree stump hitting this, also the mud and road garbage are going to coat this whole thing dirty.
But you are right - this might apply to a lot more people installing it higher.. maybe something I should have shared to get an idea if it works for off-roading as well...
I have a Jeep Wrangler and this is perfect for my rear bumper. If you look at Tobi's side view hitch mount you can determine it's not lower than his Rear Differential and if he had any kind of lift at all on his Jeep, which he doesn't, the tank would easily clear anything that doesn't scrape his rear axle ... also, if the tank gets dirty, that's a conundrum, I wonder where he'll have to go to wash it off? ... 😎
Will the mount and water tank fit on the rear bumper of my jeep with a 35 tire in the rear?

You used the wrong screws for the wing nuts/quick release.

I'm not off roading with my car and want to have access to the trunk door. You are free to mount it as high as you can of course!
@@tobisreallifeskillswithtobi alright. if it works for you no problem.
