This case cant be reopen,the President cannot do anything about SC decision,that's why Pres.Arroyo abolished death penalty coz thats the least she could do about this case
Can't be reopened but they can be given pardon I think provided they should admit the crime but all of them chosed to remain in jail coz they know they are innocent. Nakakalungkot.

I am just curious to know were the other six (6) accused also were able to prove their whereabouts on that fateful night of July 16, 1997 to show to us that indeed the side of the other camp was just making up this horrible accusation by unmindfully and wrongfully accusing seven innocent lives? thanks 🙏

Baka ang ginawa pa in order to resolve this mysterious case eh peer pressure sa mga awtoridad. May malaking pabuya kung sino man ang makakahuli sa suspects. Baka mamaya nag collect ng information sa NBI na nasa watch list at random pick ang ginawa, para walang kawala ang may bad record na sa pulisya. Mahirap kapag ginamitan ng power tripping and abuse of authority. Because of the reward. Isang case pa lang promoted agad. Pakiwari ko nahuli yung truck business na may lamang drugs, at humingi ng tulong yung bigtime druglord sa isang politician (during that time malaki ang potential ng Osmena sa politics) at ni-reject ang pakiusap ng druglord. Gumanti sa pamilya Larranaga dahil kaanak ng Osmena. Pakiwari ko lamang kase malalim ang paguugatan nyan basta invlove ang drugs and politics. Baka gumanti yung untouchable druglord. Para hindi umalingasaw at hindi madawit. Ang biktima dito dalawang panig. Dalawang pamilya. Eh typical eksena kapag may chinese na kinidnap paniguradong tungkol sa pera o negosyo.
