One of the things I love about this channel is the funky cute kitchen. Feels real. Like the way people really live. I wish for a house tour. Love you guys. Thanks for everything.
I LOVE these episodes and the quick fix! I’m watching this about 20 minutes befor I have to start supper…i have all the ingredients in my pantry, yeah!!!!!!! I know what I’m fixing for the two of us tonight!
Jane, Brian and Ann to say we LOOOOVE this meal is an understatement. Thank you soooo much for all these recipes. Most of the ingredients are on my shelf, easy make, easy clean up, sooo delicious. More of these recipes please!
Thank u Brian!!! I went out and bought some Bob's Red Mill organic polenta & made this after a long day. U really helped us with a new staple meal idea. So quick & easy to make, yummy and filling ❤ love it!!!!!
Not a combo that I've ever thought of but I'm intrigued. Would definitely give it a whirl. Minus the read cabbage. Although I'd sprinkle a little of the green cabbage on. Looking forward to the next installment!
I loved seeing Brian cook with the two of you and the leaf tattoo banter was really cute. Perfectly balanced, super quick meal with everyday ingredients. This is how WFPB home cooks, really make dinner. LOVE THIS :)
Back again for Brian’s dish! That tomato sauce for the top was awesome and my husband has been putting it on everything! Thanks so much for this episode! Brian, come back any day, the banter you added to the kitchen was so enjoyable! I have never been a fan of polenta but I decided to try it the way you prepared it…While it will not make my top 10 list it’s definitely being added to my Staples item for particular meals, thanks!
Just a side note about the Ezekiel 4:9 bread. It isn't "Ezekiel 4-point-9, it is just Ezekiel 4 9. It is a bible verse. It talks about wheat, barley, beans, lentils, millet, etc and making bread with it.
I am not convinced by the runny polenta. I thought polenta was polenta. I didn't know it was corn meal. I will try it tho as the dressing is what I buy in a bottle and have over my glutinous rice and veggies. The bottles are pricey tho £3.30 for a vegan red pesto x
When the ladies were doing their cooking you kept telling them not to help each other because that's not what it's about. There was four times you were getting help and they were picking up after you in the kitchen during your recipe.

I agree. I love their home. It exudes cozy/family/healthy vibes.
I love this family! You don't realize how much you've helped me, both emotionally and physically! Keep the videos coming!
They are the cutest healthiest women on the planet!!! LoVE the whole family❤❤❤

It's snowing in the background, wow!
Love you guys!
I'm loving this series, thank you for the wonderful meal ideas.
I've got two kiddos under 5 and no dishwasher. This recipe is exactly what I need! I can't wait to try it. 🤤
It would be great to have a cookbook with meals under 15 minutes
Look at that snow coming down in the back
I would add salsa to my beans (not a fan of BBQ sauce). Brian's sauce looks yummy!

Wonderful! That's my kind of recipe! Fast, Delicious, Nutritious!
I take my stems off, too! People say, "Leave them on for texture." But, I'm like, "I don't like the texture of sticks!"
The Snow!
Brian your dish looks sooo delicious!!! 😋. TFS!!!
Cant wait, I'm already hungry.😀

Looks so yummy! My mouth is watering. lol Thank you!
Hey Guys I have an idea! How about we get Brian to do a Mens Plant Based Warrior cookbook? 😂
Men’s 15 minute Plant Powered Recipes!
I will absolutely buy that for my husband 👏👏😂❤️
I would buy for my son in college with type 1 diabetes

Great video with a bonus shot of all that lovely snow going on behind you!! Excellent easy meal....thanks for this terrific series! More more more...
Great series. You can’t go wrong with these fast meals! Thank you!
I love the idea of using canned black beans and barbecue sauce.
It's snowing!!! Lovely. Fun indoors, too.
Soooo delicious!! Thank you for sharing. Going to try the other two this weekend❤️🙌
Just made this, actually tastes a million times better than the usual store-bought super processed grits we usually have, yay

Well done looks delicious will copy that
Thank for an amazing after work quick delicious meal!
I love the tire sled drag at the end!
🌀🌀🌀💛🤗🌀🌀 I definitely. Will give day 2 a try, I never though of this combo. 🤝💛🌀👍✔️
Semolina is the name in English. In Italy they used to pour it on the wooden table and put the tomato sauce on top. They ate it with a spoon together.
Please provide a way to print the recipes!!!
Would love a way to print recipes or at least post it. Thanks. Love this way of cooking😁
Made this for lunch today. Both my husband and I loved it. Thanks for the recipe. 😀
Spring in California…it feels odd to see snow through the window there.
I thought they lived in Cleveland. Isn't Dr Esselstyn in charge at the Cleveland Clinic?
Yum ❤
Thank you
Thanks! Brian, have you guys tried Date Lady’s BBQ sauce? It’s good, not very spicy, though, so if you want heat you might not like it.
Wish we could print out a recipe!!
All RUclips videos have a transcript you can download and edit
Leaf tattoos for everyone!!
Yum
Great easy recipe! Thx! Where do we find the balsamic glaze? Would the glaze be compliant for a heart patient just as regular balsamic vinegar is?
Chefy! Chefy!
I always chop the baby spinach before adding it to my dishes.
Yummy!!!
❤
Ann's tattoo could be her dragging a tire! 😂

May I ask what is the brand of your food processor?

I wish these were live broadcasts but they're all pre-recorded
Why’s that?
If you don’t have a microwave, can you just put it on the stove? I’m assuming so.
That's brilliant to let the pot steam the polenta. Cooking it for twenty minutes does make quite a mess.
The internet knows how to unlock that phone now!
😂😂😂😂😂
Hello! God bless you! Thank you all! Tip: hot tap water is not drinkable, nor can be used for food because it has heavy metalς
Love g Hughes…….
Easy for them, they have a large family.... Try cooking for one, and no leftovers...
??? This could easily be done for one. This is a meal they usually do for just the two of them. It’s just fresh greens and shelf stable pantry items.
They are included in human/ people.
Can u post the recipes for the recipes
I am trying to pay attention to what you are doing, but I can’t help staring off out your windows and watch it snow ❄️
Corn meal and grits are different.
Putting with those 2 you better not have heart problems.
When the ladies were doing their cooking you kept telling them not to help each other because that's not what it's about. There was four times you were getting help and they were picking up after you in the kitchen during your recipe.
Great meal. Too bad you watch nbc. Ugh...
Tattoos are a bad decision. Temporaries maybe. Should I be listening to this.
Don’t think it has more than 15 veggies, I think you counted a few of the same twice
I think Jane was describing the meal Ann prepared on the first episode.
How many minutes did you lose with all the talking?
Chefy! Chefy!
