- We're taking the ray gun grand prix back in time, as we play through the 4 original cod zombies maps on world at war. This challenge was tougher than it originally seemed.

You guys don't do any crazy stuff other than challenge videos on cod but yet for some reason I can't just not watch you guys. These videos are so simple yet it just feels like i'm hanging with the homies listening to them play cod

For context, the Springfield IS worse than the starter pistol and the kar98k. It is not a headshot on round one (like the Kar and Arisaka) and it's iron sights aren't accurate so your shots will end up a bit to the left. This means you'll need to aim above the right shoulder to get a headshot
It's not a good points gun, it's terrible for damage, and it's on the hardest WaW map
wrong, it’s a 1 shot headshot on round one idk where people come up with these theories. it is obviously more powerful than the pistol

Maybe it has something to do with the off centered shot (which is obvious if you use the weapon) but on round one Verrukt I didn't get a single round one single shot headshot kill.
This isn't some bo1 "knife the box 3 times and go prone" theory or clickbait thing. I took the time out of my day to test it and found out myself. I'm pretty sure it's even on the wiki page
I'd argue it is 100% worse than the starter pistol as the 1911 has accuracy, point build up, and is only used for the first three or so rounds. 5 at most if you get lucky with Max Ammos. Personally, on every other map I buy either the semi automatic rifle or the bolt action rifle on the wall for damage and more ammo, and those guns last a good 5 rounds if you're smart with headshots. The Springfield can't do that, and as such fails to do the only thing starter room wall weapons can do, that being, be extra points and ammo for the first few rounds. You could argue it's TECHNICALLY better than the 1911 stat wise, but the 1911 has a purpose that the Springfield cannot achieve. As such it falls into a valley where it fails to do the starter pistol's job and fails to do the job of every other wall weapon
@@janitordel6296 The Springfield deals 100 damage per shot, as does the Kar98k. Upon a headshot or neckshot, the Springfield receives a 2x multiplier making it 200 damage, whereas the kar98k receives a 3.5x multipler making it 350 damage. Zombies have 150 health on round 1. Both rifles are a 1 shot on round 1. So the first time you shot the zombie you did not shoot them in the head or else it would have died. All of this is accessible data from the weapon files in the mod tools and. Furthermore, if you search the "springfield only challenge" there are dozens of results. The first result shows you the springfield killing in 1 shot within the first 60 seconds on round 1.

Another win for team friends
The one thing I wish they really kept from WaW was the scary atmosphere. Some BO1 levels still were scary to me when I was younger, but I remember the first times playing on Nacht and the creepy vibes that made you really feel dread and that there was the threat of gruesome death.

You can hold the Wunderwaffe and the Ray Gun at the same time, there's an achievement in Der Riese to hold the Ray Gun, Wunderwaffe and Monkey Bombs all a the same time.
I know you guys primarily play zombies but hearing you talk about other games made me want to see some other challenges like minecraft bingo or Mario race. You guys bring good energy, so I don't think it matters what game we're watching.

Shi no Numa isn't a bad map at all. It's just very mid. It's not super difficult like verruckt. It's not the first map like nacht. And it didn't introduce pap like Der riese. And Der riese is probably one of the most popular maps. It just gets overshadowed
