I thought all athletes are calisthenics, I mean, the only difference is that Athletes do sports specific exercise, but the main goal of both is having building that body using their own weight.
@@1r6feuvI have to agree with the other guy. An athlete (or athletic training in general) is the most balanced of all the builds. It’s much better than just focusing on body building, calisthenics, or power lifting alone. Athletic training builds you a decent physique, makes you stronger by incorporating strength training , makes you more flexible and mobile by incorporating mobility , dynamic stretching, and calisthenics , and it makes you also have more energy since they also train cardio.
I’m a 42 yr old man who has been lifting my whole life and I have a 12 yr old son who just started lifting with me a couple weeks ago. This is the only RUclipsr that we both find absolutely hilarious and send each other videos.
ahhh okay. I was like 🙃- cause there are one or two kids in my gym (defo 12-13 yr olds) and I just find it crazy to see kids so young bodybuilding.@@michaeldc951
I mean that's the main difference but there'd be a lot of others. It especially depends on what sport the athlete is actually doing, since many rely on completely different parts of the body
What I respect most about you is your personality, man. Always smiling and trying to uplift yourself and others, now matter how bad life can get. Keep being awesome bro.
The first MOC is definitely the best imo. It looked so bland before you added the trees, the plants etc. It’s crazy to think that you transformed a couple of bricks on top of one another to a masterpiece
Gotta say this was surprisingly wholesome lol I love how even after they got along and found respect for each other they still had to put in the last little jabs lol very relatable lmao
One trains for performance to do humans things. The other trains for looks and ego. I left regular lifting long ago and went back to sports and athleticism. Used to be all gym. But now I train for everything in the real world. Way to stay young
Mad vid as usual gents. I started training just because. Ex Australian defence force which really has nothing to do with it but as soon as I got out I started to get crazy social anxiety which I still get but whenever I train I feel so much better even if I’ve had a shit day. I’m getting in better shape then I’ve ever been (pushing 40 years old). For me it’s all about the way it makes me feel not about what other people think or comparing to people but I’m getting more and more comfortable in my body and I’m seeing some serious results. Get to the gym my people it will change your shit in a positive way mark my words!!!
If they both succeed professionally in their respective fields, the athlete is better off. If they both fail to make it pro, but stay consistent with their training, the athlete is still better off.
No offense but being an athlete is >>> being a bodybuilder. People are spamming roids nowadays, giving up flexibility and mobility in order to look big.

Bros gym is switched to dark mode 💀
Real
think it’s his own gym as it’s a young la bench
Cant handle the gym light mode
I like this mode lol
@reubenstayloyal
If you mean his gym as he owns it, then no
But it is his gym in a technical sense

Finally a vid about athletes in the gym
wait until the calisthenics guy pulls up
Athlete beats a calisthenics guy easy
@@MoSalah-nj9wsno.Not every athlete and not in every exercise.Gymnasts and streetlifters can beat calisthenics.I mean at basic exercises and skills.

Gymlander was only using 1 percent of his power
I genuinely tweaked when he just obliterated his ankles on the court 💀
The difference between a bodybuilder and an athlete is cardio

Damn that's true
Ngl that “that’s why you can’t scratch the middle of your back” kind of stung lmao.
This has gotta be the cleanest gym design I’ve ever seen, holy. Almost as good as this man’s content
"thats why you cant scratch the middle of your back."
Maybe use a door frame or back scratcher wood/ plastic
iam a bodybuilding and have a good flexiblity so 😂
You can scratch your back on most gym equipment. I suggest waiting until it's not being used.
@greenpighunter6930 best advice ever . Thank you . Nah serious I didn't even think of it . Kinda like at home when people use a door frame
His arms when he’s lifting the dumbbell for the press was fucking crazy
imo bodybuilding is just the 1st step towards being fit, not the last
Yall, I love this collab
Damn kinda cool seeing a collab between these 2
The fact their both body builders is beyondnme
