Is crores of eyes enough to behold the beauty of this Muruga,Who is the son of the Lord of Kailash-Mahadeva.
The one who left Kailasa angrily for not getting the 'Fruit of Wisdom' given by Narada muni and flew away to the South.
POORVĀNGAM-
Yearning to look at him,my heart and mind doesn't stay in place.
The one who blessed the old poetess lady-Avvai with the fruit from the top of the tree.
My heart searches for your feet who took various forms of spear-holder,a hunter and an old man.
Bless me with your grace,
the compassionate one
who resides at six abodes,
the superior one,
holding the Shakti-Vel,
the six faced and
the embodiment of omkara.
