Everyone should get to see tori perform city dove at least once. It's not just the vocals she also sometimes does this speech before performing it and just experiencing it live is so amazing. the studio version doesn't do it justice.

that's technology a high note, a REALLY high note, whistle notes are different because that's exactly how they sound and because you do them with your lips in a circular shape, high notes are done with your mouth wide open and you almost have to scream.
