Ahhh this has been in the works for a long time, I really hope you guys enjoy! This poor girl has been through so much, I will update it after season 5. I also feel like this doubles as a madney story video with a maddie focus!

I searched RUclips for this scene just to find a comment that said exactly what I wanted to.
She would know as a cop of the things that happen and many of the victims either are shut down from mentioning what they are going through, what they have been through and some even laughed at in the face by the very people they are trying to report these crimes done to them to and even sometimes in some places officials take forever to do anything about these sort of things and it sucks but that's my way of thinking.
I just watched a 46 minute long video on a character from a TV show I had never even heard of before, yet I still ended crying in the end and I am way too invested in her

@@ssaamaria trust me, it is an rollercoaster of emotions. That much that Maddie has went through was hard to watch. But the girl is strong as nails! Jennifer is an amazing actress

Maddie has been through a hell of alot, and not just because of Doug. I'm so glad she's doing better and is happier in season 5 and 6. Also, the family she has with her job, the 118, and especially Buck is amazing; It's perfect and shows what everyone irl deserves/needs to find. 😭👏❤️
To all those out there who do need help but are afraid to seek it- YOU CAN DO IT. Go to the hospital, the police- anything! Get away from the person who is hurting you. No one deserves this, no one.

I've been following Jennifer for years now, and she's such a good actress. She can say everything with her eyes. Nicely done, Love. You reflected what it's like for so many abuse victims.

Honestly that's probably why she felt safe to take on such an emotionally heavy and potentially mentally and emotionally damaging roll. I was in a horror play years ago and I really struggled with the scenes with the guy playing the killer because even though he never got physical, it was clear there were overtones of abuse intended in every scene between our characters. I would come out of every scene during rehearsals shaky and almost in tears until we started hanging out regularly outside of that time and I got to know him as the funny, gentle, most empathetic man I'd ever met. We developed a lot of trust and it let me get through those scenes without wanting to break down every time. To the day, we are the first ones to offer to take on complicated and potentially triggering roles together.

This reminds me of things after my youngest was born. He was such a cranky baby, needing to be constantly held, and such a poor sleeper, I was in terrible shape for a long time. Exhausted, angry, having panic attacks, crying, in a brain fog. Sleep deprivation and a baby constantly crying or fussing with no breaks will mess a person up.
I knew Love was a wonderful actress, but this is absolutely phenomenal. 😍

This compilation video is amazing. I've only watched the series one time through except for a couple episodes that really resonated with me, so I decided to start watching your character stories. I know what it feels like to be Buck when i was a teen i saw the red flags with my sisters ex bf and finding out i was right was the worst part i was so angry but knew violence back to him wasn’t the answer it’s like fire fighting fire

It's confusing sometimes because some people say you should stay in it for the children because children from broken marriages never turn out well and because they need discipline in their teenage years and financial support. At the same time, staying also has an effect on the children and the mother. Sometimes it is hard making these choices.

I wish I can just fly, free and without any worries and feel safe. I got Children and unfortunately the Australian family law despite all the damage that my ex husband and his family did, they allowed them to continue having 2 weekends a month and 1 week on an off on the school holidays. My Children feel unsafe going with them and I have to force them, which is really upsetting. Even though, our address is protected, my ex and his family keep trying to asked my Son where we live and my Son is very smart and he keeps saying to them that he cannot give our address. But everytime I pick up my Son from school is very overwhelming and the feeling unsaved that they can be hiding and follow us home. I just want my Children and I to live a normal life, without the threats but the police and courts just don't do nothing because his family is powerful and they do whatever they want with the judge. Justice not been done.
