@@kargozgaming I think you could do a break down of various actual arena matches you're in, like give some visualization to your thought processes of why you make each decision that you do. In League of Legends people will do things like this, they'll also accept matches from other players and breakdown what they did wrong, when, where, and why. You can get like some slo-mo action going for some of those split-second reaction decisions to really highlight it, maybe some john madden style circles and stuff to highlight things, etc. I think if you were able to do that you can easily dominate the up and coming warlock PvP guide scene.
Immediately admitting that people should take this with a grain of salt was such a cool thing to do. Super humble and it definitely made you instantly far more trustworthy than 90% of guides out there.

I did sl/sl back in the day. Human warlock. Perception was clutch when going against rogue druid comp. Ran in with Perception and dotted whoever I saw first. Get the jump instead of getting jumped.

The armor reduction of Rank 1 Curse of Reck (-120 armor) is worth the fear immunity.

I know I’m super late to this, but if any other new warlocks are stumbling by this video now as I did, another great comp for warlock is called Shadowplay in 3v3. Aff lock (Soul Link or UA: up to you really), shadow priest, and Resto shaman. You get multiple fears, multiple silences, tremor, grounding, and spellpower totems, bloodlust, drain mana and mana burn, lots of defensive or offensive dispels, and perhaps most importantly lots of dots and sustainability through siphon life, vampiric embrace, and earth shield. Personally I like to run this comp as full affliction with UA and an instant cast howl of terror, as having UA causes their healer to be a little more cautious about dispelling due to the silence mechanic.
Great guide man! You don't talk about destruction: Like when I should use Immolate, Searing Pain and Incinerate (I can see you have it on ur actionsbars, so I was just wondering about it). Another question: When I use AC on a mob and then use CoA, the dmg dosen't increase? Like it's bugged?
Curse of reck, can be good vs clothies if you have a rogue / warrior / hunter. Looking at your own character you would drop from 1200 armor to 400 armor. If your AD dmg dealer is good geared this will buff him with 10-15% more dmg.
Curse of reck is very good if theres just healer(s) left, since they would cast spells, the extra AP they gain dosent really matter, but the -armor would make a great difference when trying to burst down a healer if you have hunters/melees
Noticed I'm not getting master demonologist buff in arenas. In bgs the Vw'er with soul link and and passive 10% reduced dmg buff from MD talents as well as T5 set bonus for pet heals and warlock pet res trink is pretty op for mutual survivability purposes. I always consume shadows pre fight to get the 200atk power buff up on the void as well
Seed of Corruption has its uses in arena too. Like, when a hunter tries to hide in the pillars in nagrand arena, you seed the pet. He recalls it then gets hit by it.
in pve u can fear juggle with recklessness, fear, then when your mob gets almost out of your range drop recklessness, when the mob is almost back to you apply a different curse and the fear will take effect again. and so on. so not really useful for pvp tho except maybe on av elites
Wait. Please explain why we shouldn’t put up multiple dots? You said don’t double dot. Don’t get that at all. I always throw up all my quick cast dots right away. In pvp I put agony on first, then corruption, then siphon life. I can cast all 3 while moving and not facing my opponent. I cast them while getting distance then I amplify and agony again. Then I sacrifice Hit coil. That gives me 3 seconds to cast fear. How else should I be doing it? Im really new to wow so I am always open to learning new things

Love your content, if youre going to do more pvp vids I would love you to go over some pvp matches that youve already played and break down/explain different decisions you made after the fact so that we can understand your thought process against different opponent comps.
Super late response here, doubt you’re still looking for an answer, but in case you are; I would take Orb over the Knapsack simply because of the stamina on the Orb.
I load up multiple targets with siphon life first then I go back and hit each with corruption and curse of agony. After that I fill with alternating between life tap and drain life. Against casters though it’s a bit different. Casters I make sure to hit em with curse of tongues and make sure to stack those mana taps if your blood elf. Main thing is to make sure you always have fel armor and soul link up and siphon life on each target is priority for survivability. Hardest thing for me is keeping my void walker alive to be honest. Gotta rotate some health funnel and bandages in when you can. Also don’t be afraid to sacrifice then immediately fel domination and resummon. Least that’s how I play it. SL/SL changed my wow life. 😀

It’s really good if you can use your dot on the healer properly. Its just harder to play since you have an extra dot to juggle. So you’ll have UA corruption curse immolate etc. Tbh I wanna try it too
no game left to be played any more tbh. its nice to see people playing again but the pvp ranking is still limited and nobody exopecting a fair competiotion plays the game any more.

beware there will be ppl on lvl 1 characters logging in after u kill them telling u that u have no skills and your class is broken.

What do you think of UA lock with a spriest for 2v2? I had pretty decent success with that in tbc but we weren't worldbeaters or anything

Prot paladin for AoE farming I believe. Druid for open world gathering due to instant flight form. Rogues/druids can stealth dungeons for herbs/nodes.
