I haven't played WoW in like two years but I still watch a 30 minute video on choosing a class for TBC. What a Saturday.
I promised in my class picking guide that I'd cover races, so here it is! Professions are the last big thing that I want to cover, but I'm going to wait until we have more details as there's too much patch-dependent stuff up in the air right now. If you spot any errors or have anything to add go ahead!

Last time I was this early Sylvanas was still a well-written character.
That would you rather for the warlock at the start is too real. Half the horde are undead, the other half are damn warriors, fear might as well just be a cosmetic spell in pvp.
Isnt it funny how we all KNOW the tbc classes and races?... Yet nothing beats listening to Madseasons smooth voice
