Sometimes JJ is unreasonable, wanting to swim is nothing outlandish. You can’t expect them to only bike as a physical activity when a pool is readily available.
Wanting to swim, hoping to swim, being disappointed and annoyed that you can't swim - fine. Using the long arm of the law to enforce your desire to have the swimming and pretending you had no other options...I don't know bro, I think JJ has a claim to raise an eyebrow at someone for that.
I agree. It's not even about wanting, needing, or simply being annoyed. They're paying for a place that's supposed to give them an access to the pool. It is not unreasonable to want that delivered ?? Why is that is that controversial? If I rented a place because it gave me access to a pool, I sure the hell would expect access to it ?
I think what she was pointing out is that it’s unreasonable to only take action AFTER you move out, in addition to the fact that it’s strange that he was referring to their homeschooling/physical activity as the main concern about the pool. Yes, they should’ve had access to it but it wasn’t going to break their curriculum to not swim.
I 99% sure the locality has a PUBLIC pool they could have accesed any time they want during summer. Most areas do and most public pools are open from 11 to sunset in the summer.
That’s so weird and I’m confused- if they’re all paying for the pool amenities, why on earth do they only have ONE KEY that they MUST take turns with? That’s ridiculous- however, if that’s the lease agreement they signed to then that’s on them.
