Thanks for being direct making it simple and not rambling on about stuff that has nothing to do with what you’re doing like most how to videos… You rock 👍
Well done and thanks from Northern Norway! Will go out and perform this procedure right away, and thanks to you I won't be disassembling half the machine to get to the oil filter...
A well presented, professional, and accurate video, sir. Thanks for the all the hard work and time spent on making this an easy to watch and instructional video.
You know your stuff bro great videos keep them coming we love them thanks man from Toronto Ontario Canada 🇨🇦 PS you have the best work on your quad videos of all on RUclips
This video is very informative!!! THANK YOU. I lost my husband so the work is on me now. Any videos on how to change the starter relay?? I need to replace mine and can’t find a video for help
I believe the starter relay is in the fuse box underneath the front display cover, but that’s usually not the problem usually a dead starter or solenoid
Should I use the 0w or the 10w in my 2019 570 for my first at home change after the first service? It’s at about 1200 and I do ride in winter. Thanks for making it easy looking!
Thanks for the video! I've been removing considerably more to try and access the oil filter! I'll try just that one panel next time. You didn't comment on the rear diff fluid level. A lot of forums say that the oil level (when you add the recommended amount of oil) is almost an inch below the fill hole. Is that accurate? Or what happens if you "over fill" it up to the fill hole? Also, I swear that my 2016 570 doesn't have a drain plug on the front diff. Can you tell me where it's supposed to be located? Is it buried under the skid plate?
Thank you very much, man. I'm definitely going to try this. Could please you make a video about all the greasing and gear box oil too? All the best from Finland.
Excellent video just what I was looking for! Last time I removed much more than a panel. Thanks for taking the time to make it so simple really straightforward process.
The service manual recommends changing all the fluids on the first service just to get rid of any small metal shavings that may have fallen off as the gears mesh together for the first time after that you can change your diff and gear oil every two years if you’re only light riding with your machine and every year if you’re using it quite a lot for heavy rider
I’m sorry did I state at any time that I was following the service manual and doing a service as per the kilometers of the unit? No, I did not. I’m doing a basic oil change.
There is a way to hold down one of your dash display buttons and flick your high beam switch you might have to look up that procedure otherwise you would have to take it to your dealership
Customer: Hey guys, what size is the oil drain bolt? 10mm, 12mm, 14mm, or 17mm? Can-Am: 13mm Customer: What? Why 13mm? Did my socket set even come with a 13mm? Can-Am: F you, that's why.
This video was total bs said Vladimir Putin my army could have done a better job. all kidding aside i wish some of the other instructional videos had the flow you have. good job

Thank you that’s why I made my channel I was tired of others creating 10 minute videos for two minute answer
Mine had 6 of those plastic clips. Thanks for the video. 👌👍😃
Could you tell me where on the dipstick the oil level should be. Thank you
Thank you. Very informative. Professional. Succinct. Love it.
Glad it was helpful!
Great straight to the point no BS video!
Exactly what I was going for👍
Great video - Very clean and clear.
Will I have to remove and of the aluminum skid plates to access the drain plug?
If you have a Can-Am skid plate, there should be a drain hole. And you will not have to remove any skid plate.
Very helpvul video one question. Should i threadlock the bolts holding the filter cap or is there specyfic torque to hold it in?
Do not lock tight them

Zero in the winter 10 for the summer either change your oil seasonally or just run the 10 wait unless you’re having trouble starting in the winter
Your videos are great strait forward, I have a570 max xt 2021 your way is the best, that's the way thanks.
Thank you👍
Your plow installation was amazing, to bad the under plate is different for the570 max xt 2021 model.
If I ever get a chance I’ll do an install video on that machine as well
Sweet, great stuff ,your a good teacher man
What are the two metal washers that come with the oil change kit for?
They are new crush washers for oil drain plug, depending on which drain plug is on your machine
👍
What size rear tires do you have, are they stock?
Stock

I appreciate this video sir!
Glad it was helpful!
What tool did you use to remove platic bolts on panel, and where can I order extra plastics bolts if one breaks?
Are use a pair side cutters to remove the plugs or a two prong pry tool plastic plugs can be ordered off Amazon or from your local dealership
Thank you very much, man. I'm definitely going to try this. Could please you make a video about all the greasing and gear box oil too? All the best from Finland.
Thanks for the support next time I get a chance I will definitely do a grease transmission and differential oil change video
Excellent video just what I was looking for! Last time I removed much more than a panel. Thanks for taking the time to make it so simple really straightforward process.
That’s why I started my channel other creators had people disassembling half the machine just to do a simple oil change
I think I owe ya a beer, good vid my man.
Check out the super thanks option below the video. I would really appreciate a two dollar tip. Thanks for the support.👍
Can I use watchever oil or does it have to be that type?
It’s not worth trying to save yourself a few bucks on oil just use the proper Can-Am recommended oil
Awesome video thanks for this walkthrough. Where did you get your hand guards?
Stock
I’ve been removing the foot board to change the oil filter which is a pain. Will try this next time
This will definitely save you a little bit of time😎👍
Getting ready to do the break in oil change on mine how many hours would you suggest to do the gear oil and transmission fluids too
The service manual recommends changing all the fluids on the first service just to get rid of any small metal shavings that may have fallen off as the gears mesh together for the first time after that you can change your diff and gear oil every two years if you’re only light riding with your machine and every year if you’re using it quite a lot for heavy rider
Anything to grease?
I have a 2022 Outlander 570. What’s the oil filter part number? I want to do the first service maintenance.
I’m not too sure as you can see I use the Can-Am oil change kit it comes with the filter oil O-rings and new washers for the drain plug👍
@@Maxsmotoshop all right. got it. thank you
You didn't grease it while you were there -- ODD ? ! how often does it say to do such any way ?
I’m sorry did I state at any time that I was following the service manual and doing a service as per the kilometers of the unit? No, I did not. I’m doing a basic oil change.
I threw to quartz in but my oil is reading over now.. i have a 2021 570
Are all 570’s the same thing even the 2023?
Yes, all the 570s will have the same procedure until late 2023 when they changed to a 500 but it’s still very similar
How often do you change the diff
Once a year if you ride hard once every second year if you only ride it once in a while👍
@Max's Moto Shop Thanks Max appreciate it.
When I was on my first service to a "professional" he also greased on some points. Where?
I’ve been meaning to make a separate video going over all the grease points
Can this process work for a 450 2021?
I believe it’s a little bit different should be very similar though👍
How do you get ride if the engine matinence sign
There is a way to hold down one of your dash display buttons and flick your high beam switch you might have to look up that procedure otherwise you would have to take it to your dealership
Next time I get a chance I’ll make a video explaining it
Turn on the engine in park hold down the gage button. Click high low been 3 times fast. The local dealer charges $40 in Denver
Good video but you should have greased all of your fittings👍
thank you ,
👍
What year is yours?
This one is a 2019👍
Excellent. It helped perfectly on my 2020.
Glad I could help😎
Why does BRP keep using these types of filters FFS
What! Are you serious? That’s so easy looking.
It’s very easy to do as well
Customer: Hey guys, what size is the oil drain bolt? 10mm, 12mm, 14mm, or 17mm?
Can-Am: 13mm
Customer: What? Why 13mm? Did my socket set even come with a 13mm?
Can-Am: F you, that's why.
Lol👍
Not as hard as I thought it would be
