The Team Captain has always been for Soldier, Medic and Heavy, since the beginning. But you usually see it on a Soldier because its team colours are the brightest in the Soldier version. Sometimes you see stern military Medics wearing the TC. You rarely if ever see any Heavies with it, because the TC is just uniformly grey-brown in the Heavy's version ( for both RED and BLU team).

Yeah, I expected him to mention the Dr Dapper's Topper, too, since that one became pretty famous due to it being the iconic hat of some pro Soldier main from the 6v6 comp scenes ages ago. EDIT: Whoops, I just remembered he mentioned the Topper in the All-Class hat episode. Still, it's only recently become all-class and it rose to fame on the hat of that pro player whose name I can't remember dammit...
The Team Captain has always been for Soldier, Medic and Heavy, since the beginning. But you usually see it on a Soldier because its team colours are the brightest in the Soldier version. Sometimes you see stern military Medics wearing the TC. You rarely if ever see any Heavies with it, because the TC is just uniformly grey-brown in the Heavy's version ( for both RED and BLU team).
