New Years Eve Confetti Popper

In this video, I show how to make a New Years Eve Confetti Popper. This easy to make Confetti Popper will make any New Years Eve countdown exciting!
You will need:
- A balloon.
- Scissors.
- A tube.
- Duct tape.
- Confetti.
Cut off the neck of the balloon. Place bottom of balloon over one end of the tube. Tape the balloon to the tube using the Duct tape. Add confetti to the inside of the tube. To launch confetti pull down on the balloon while holding the tube and release. For my tube I just cut a chocolate box apart to the size of tube I wanted and taped the ends together. You could also use the tube from paper towels. For the confetti I just cut up bits of construction paper.
You could also try to decorate your tube with whatever you have at home. This would be really fun to do with kids!
