Thanks for the video. Good use of drone footage sets it apart. Rama 9 area north toward The Street Rachada is a rising area in Bangkok being redeveloped. Quality video! You cover most things thoroughly when most people skip a lot. Great job! 👍🏼 Would love to see a video detailing some pros and cons and some ins and outs of investments in condos. How do you feel about the timing from now over the next 12 months? Future prices? Renting them out, and maybe even like a too 5 recommendations for someone to consider if they don’t know the city as well as you? Sorry I know that’s a lot 😬 Great stuff man!
Firstly thanks for watching Ryan.. Ill be honest.. I dont know half as much as other people when it comes to real estate, locations and whats considered a good or bad deal here in the city. A friend of mine has a channel here called ''Global Travel Mate'' he knows more about the city than anyone and also has a real estate company here called Sukhumvit homes! Go check his channel out and let him know I sent ya :)
Apartment number one is my favorite between the two. I like what you are doing. have you thought about doing a few Airbnb's for a shorter term of stay?
Both rooms are very nice but very small. However the design is very good and the overall of the amenities of the building make it very worth it! On the first apartment, it look like it had access to outside? That would be appealing having access to green grass!
Beautiful. Please, can you recommend a good renting agency who's trustworthy in Bangkok please? I loved these condos, and for us in Europe having a pool is a luxury.

I don't recall seeing dishwashers in any Bangkok condo tour videos (yours or others'). Do people just hand-wash everything? Manufacturers make small (and efficient) dishwashers, so they don't have to take up a ton of space. In fact, I'd rather have a dishwashing mashine than a clothes washing machine. It's easy to outsource the clothes washing (and so inexpensive!), but you can't really outsource dishwashing unless you pay someone to come into your apartment and hand wash.
I don’t think I have ever seen one to be fair either. There’s a lot of Thais who don’t have a washing machine either and take it somewhere every time and wait. I don’t know how cost effective that is
