Saltatio Mortis is a German medieval rock/folk metal band. This song features only their singer (the guy with the beard). If I remember correctly his parts in the video were shot in a different castle because he was ill when the other scenes were shot.
Thomas Winkler (in green armor) is a Swiss power metal musician. He was the former singer of Gloryhammer and is now the singer of Angus McSix.

This song brought tears to my eyes whwn I first heard it by Manowar and this version of these wonderful musicians has continued to do it every time.

You were close, Thomas Winkler did work with Nanowar of Steele, but it wasn't Barbie, it was in Valhalleluja as Odin.
All the featured artists have previously worked with Feuerschwanz (and in some cases afterwards too)
Melissa Bonny was guest singer on Ding (which ultimatley led to the founding of The Dark Side Of The Moon).
Thomas Winkler, previously aka Angus McFife (when he was with the UK power metal band Gloryhammer) now aka Angus McSix (which is also the name of his new band) was guest singer on the live version of I See Fire.
Saltatio Mortis (Latin for Dance of Death) is a German medieval folk metal band, in this case represented by vocalist Alea der Bescheidene (Alea the Humble). Members of Feuerschwanz and Saltatio Mortis have collaborated on several occasions, like both of S.M.'s bagpipe players featured on the live version of Schildmaid (Shield Maiden).

Hier Kommt Alex (the original, by German punk rock band Die Toten Hosen [literally The Dead Trousers/ Pants, meaning The Deadbeats], was written for a stage adaption of A Clockwork Orange). This is the only video for a Feuerschwanz song with Mieze Myu aka Jenny Diehl (TDSOTM) featuring as guest musician with her harp.

Gimme! Gimme! Gimme! (ABBA). This one originated from a dare Ben Metzner aka Prinz 'Hodi' Hodenherz (the long haired singer / multi instrumentalist) had put out during the album release live stream, if their album would push ABBA's album from the no.1 rank on the German charts, he would do an ABBA cover.

Original singer and founder is Peter "Herr Hauptmann Feuerschwanz". (He is the one in the chainmail armor)
Now you need to check Saltatio Mortis. They have a few songs in English. Besides the good music they also produce extremely good videos. I recommend Pray to the Hunter, The Dragonborn Comes and My Mother Told me.
Well, "My Mother Told Me" is part English... part old Islandic 😁

The cover is not only included on the mentioned bonus CD. It is also part of the CD "Todsünden", (Deadly sins ) which was released separately.
Other covers appeared on this CD, such as "Gimme ! Gimme! Gimme!" , I see fire , Dragostea Din Tei " etc.
Saltatio Mortis is also a good band. They play with Feuerschwanz on the same festivals, and they make very good videos. Good songs from from them are "My mother told me " "Pray to the hunter " or " The dragonborn comes " . And another good song from Feuerschwanz are "Metfest " or "Schubsetanz " the black metal version.

If you look at the two women fighting you should recognize the redhead, she is Jenny Diehl from Dark side of the Moon, she is one of two dancers/stage performers for Feuerschwanz her stage name with Feuerschwanz is Mieze Myu, the white haired is called Mieze Mousch mousch (spelling not certain) or Mieze MM, and you will see them in almost all feuerschwanz videos as well as all live permances, for a few songs Jenny plays harp most notably in the song "Hier kommt Alex".
Having just skimmed through your channel there is a critical lack of Powerwolf reactions, Iwould recomend Beast of Gevudan or My Will be done for never songs or Sanctified with Dynamite or Demons are a girls best friend for older songs, Werewolves of Amenia and Army of the Night are also very good (the Amaranthe cover of Army of the Night is also worth a listen, as well as Amaranths cover of Sabatons 82nd all the way)

The band name is Feuerschwanz. In English, it's pronounced "Foyershwanz," not incorrectly "Firedick" or Firetail." This is a mistake made by many in English-speaking countries
As far as the I know, tha band name originated from when they started as the parody band on the overserious folk metal scene of Germany)
