I just love how he explains concepts that someone usually cannot understand unless they've experienced it themselves. Things like racism, antisemitism and depression are very hard to truly put in words to explain the full magnitude of what that feels like and Noah does excellent job in selecting the perfect words to communicate the main idea and he does it in the most respectful and elegant way.
I truly think Noah is one of the chosen people of our time to shine light on what is important to the human kind. They say each generation or rather full life of someone on average 65-75 yrs ,there will be one or two special people who will nudge the world into awareness and hopefully equilibrium

I can relate to Trevor’s depression - Without a routine I become overwhelmed.
He is young, wise, talented and very likable.
In today’s world there is no clock ticking - science has helped so many couples to have kids even if f you want to become a single parent the age isn’t a problem is wanting to become one.

As a 25 year old man with ADHD, it’s nice to get representation, and someone who explains that adhd and depression can definitely be co-morbid

Didn't realize he's 38. I still think of him as a man in his 20's. A brilliant one, but a young one.

Why is having children so damn important in a totally overcrowded world?! 'You're 37, you need to deside, and you better deside to have children...' Trevor gives so much more to this world than just another human beeing. - That should be valued!

seeing ADHD representation in mainstream media, and not as the tired, shallow “i’m so ditzy i can’t keep anything straight haha! always late i’m so quirky! squirrel!” trope, means everything to me (and so many other adult ADHD-ers, i’m sure). and even beyond that, trevor’s willingness to speak candidly about his depression & how the two uniquely correlate, as they do for so many of us, really tugs at my heartstrings. it’s so easy to feel utterly alone in this experience, and to feel like there are so many hurdles to being successful - but we never truly are alone, and we are just as capable of thriving as anyone else. loved this ep 🤍
