    Small world, we were waiting in Barcelona for this ship. I have to agree with you on ship management and how they handled it, we were all huddled into the departure terminal with half the seat for all the people for 5 hours. Once under way we were mostly happy but the delay messed up one of our tours and we lost a port to visit.

    Silversea has relaxed the dress code quite a bit. Tuxedo is optional. Most nights elegant casual. More inline with the other high end lines like Ponant. Up to you. Enjoy and thanks for watching

    You were asked not to film a crew member and chose to ignore his request and posted it, anyway. That it is simply rude and intrusive behavior. Your review is compromised because of that poor decision.

      Thank you for watching. There is no expectation of privacy when filming in public spaces. The crewman’s comment clearly showed how rude the management staff is of Regent. The video does clearly show how service staff was accommodating and joyful of being filmed.

    Well, your experience finalized a decision I was facing. I’m currently booked on the Navigator for a South Pacific cruise and we are changing to Oceania. Sorry for experience but thanks for informing us.

    Yikes! Sound's like it could be a bit better if the management shaped up. What a shame. Loved your ship tour with very few cuts and brutal honesty was very transparent. Subscribed!

    If you were underwhelmed by Silversea you are in for a rude awakening in Regent. Enjoy your cruise.

    10:25 what happened there? Why is that crew member so angry? I've never experienced this on a cruise before.

      @@Robin_S78 This was the first cruise we have ever been on that the management crew was nasty and uncaring to the guests. This all begins with the new President of Regent and has become their new philosophy.

    A lot of bad reviews in cruise critic as well. Worse than the one you highlighted on here. We were considering this for our Tahiti cruise. We will look for other options.

      I suggest you look into Silversea. They clearly understand luxury. We did an Alaskan cruise on the Silver Muse and it was excellent. We are going on the Silver Ray in a few weeks.

    We are presently on Silversea Muse and this line is sooooo much better. They truly understand customer service

      Been on silver seas muse and seaborne the last few years totally underwhelmed by service at several of the restaurants. Going on Regent in a week.
