Debbie, Iv been following you for a year or so- love your books and videos. I have also been following a Japanese lady since January (as we were caravaning around Tasmania and only had hand sewing with me (we live in Brisbane). I decided then, that hand sewing is fabulous when caravaning as I don't carry my sewing machine!..I found Akemi's name on Book Depository- & found you talking about her, so must be a great book. Thank you for your time! "Handmade Dalae" is the other Japanese lady I often watch. I'm absolutely amazed how much I love this idea of hand sewing- as I've spent my life rushing through my professional life, sports etc . Now at 63, and much slower I can so appreciate hand work, I totally love it. Thank you for all you do for us. Kind regards, Marietta, Brisbane

Thank you for this review! I got a good feel of the projects included and the techniques used in the book. Lots of pretty applique and great to know the book also includes patterns in the back of the book too!

Wonderful. I have this book. Are all of bags made by hand on it?
