How can you hate a metal song that starts off with a hard style intro come on that's fucking epic
What I'd like to say is people are getting full of themselves and the music they think is cool... They get so obsessed with the sound that they make it impossible for themselves to get into anything new or different. Instead of being against a different sound or style of metal or even music, listen to every song like you've never listened to metal before and just appreciate the sound that you hear. If it trips your trigger then you found a new song... A new sound... A new style... And now you have more music to listen to. The more opened minded you are to different genres or styles of music the more bands you'll get into and have to play when you crave a certain vibe or again... Sound.
I respect the second half of what you said completely, but a little food for thought... Telling other people that they're close minded and full of themselves, doesn't make you open minded and humble. In fact, you're telling them what they are doing is wrong and they should in fact be doing it the way that you are (right). Just something to meditate on... Again your on to something, but maybe drop the first half of the statement and you wont scare people away or make them defensive before delivering a killer message.
+Brad Rolland yeah, I agree,
That's already what I do
I started out with things like Metallica, korn and breaking Benjamin and what not(although it's probably questionable whether or not that the 2 latter mentioned bands are metal) and then I moved on to slipknot, five finger death punch, bullet for my Valentine, killswitch engage, of mice and men, August burns red, etc. then suicide silence, whitechapel, Chelsea grin, as blood runs black, and from there It took me a while, but I eventually got into opeth, suffocation, Nile, decapitated, death and what not, and then even black metal
My music taste is still constantly expanding, I still like a majority of the bands mentioned(all of them really) and I'm still exploring other genres such as post metal, sludge metal, doom metal, thrash metal, more deathcore and metalcore, not quite as much Nu metal although I still like some of the bands, and so on. Hell, I even explore artists outside of metal even. It's sad that people can be too narrow minded to do the same.
+Dropkickpennyday95 Very similar path of music 👍 nice
So, like every popular rock, rap, and pop group out there.
WE WILL NEVER DIEE !!!!!!!!!!
They are EDM. Electronic Dance Metal.
that sounds fucking terrible
"Electronic Dance Metal" yeah. i can agree with this statement. sadly we need to fit everything into a nice, neat box in order to sell it. i haven't heard any other title that fits as well as the phrase you coined. someone else posted.. playing music is easy, coming up with new ideas and new ways to evolve music isn't. and i definitely agree with that remark. death metal loyalists, im sure, will not give music like this the time of day but if you're open mined and willing to give diversity a chance i think you'll find quite a few bands become new favorites.
I'd say they're FBA, Fucking Bad Ass
J Bravenboer That's because it is, lol.
but unfortunately edm stands for electronic dance music.
technically they are electronicore/electrocore(depends what you prefer to call the broad genre)
I LOVE THE BROWNING!!! Can't get enough! So glad i discovered this band!!!
Showing it to a friend that doesn't listen to metal: "It's like a metal version of the final countdown"
ha show them Affiance"s cover of Final Countdown.
Alec Tiger but their cover is shit?
Broomie fuck no it's not, it's way good
What's up with all the hate? These guys are sick!
Because most of these "true metalheads" can't stand when a metal band does something out of their comfort zone. In this case, it's being overly heavy and having a ton of electronic effects. It sounds fucking awesome, so clearly the haters have no idea what they're talking about :D
Jaakko Ihanamäki I also listen to EDM so...
Jaakko Ihanamäki
No metal can be overly heavy... That is a common misconception. Bro...
Jaakko Ihanamäki So them using electronic music is why I hate this? It has nothing to do with the fact they play the same breakdown over and over for 4:02?
OdobenusPotatus well no one forces you to listen? :D
these guys are fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu king sick
The I See Stars of deathcore
Googlebrains I see stars is bae af
Large cock
thomas white same bro. same
Or they are both trancecore
No fuck off stop dont ever compare these two
im black and i support this message
blm is cancer
No one gives a crap what color you are.
im blue and i support this message
Paulo Granthon dabadeedabadie
Daniel Borecki
this band is awesome in live
I absolutely love this song. Especially while I'm high. It's like a magical ride through space that's epic as fuck.
Watching this in 1080p is absolutely sick. I'm going to go throw my lunch in the toilette now.
I found your lunch 🍆
+Dat 6 4 6 2 6 0 Boi oh it's Dat Boi
💕💕💕💕 my friend just told me about this band. im in love
My best friends oldest brother is now the bassist for the Browning. I got into them at around December of last year, their music has great lyrics, I think, and each song seems to have a story that coincides with the other songs in the album more directly than most bands.
ELECTRONICORE \m/
Dark Souls Paranormal [DSP] metalstep?
Fuck yes, I love this shit
Why has it taken me so long to find this...
+Ghenghis Khan you're*
if you dont liek this fucking genre then fuck off and dont make it my problem. go listen to what you like. jesus fucking christ you people need to calm the fuck down
Well, some self reflection perhaps?
@@jarekhornbeck damn, I don’t know why I was so angry back then back I apologise
@@cheybludick8628lol that was funny man
No one asked for your opinion?
@@cheybludick8628You had every right to be angry!
How do you expect to be original when there's SO MANY FUCKING bands dude? Geezus, grow up a little bit. Just because they sound generic or "lack originality" doesn't mean they suck.
JUst saw them tonight in Cleveland at The Agora and honestly they were my favorite band there! There energy and those bass drops were awesome.
Arica Waters hmm The Browning in Cleaveland... hmmm....
coincidense? i think not
Just found this band today and got their album. Sounds so original and dope. Wanna see these guys live.
So is this supposed to be played at a disco?
Electronic deathcore?
Call me narrow-minded, but fuck, this shit ain't metal and this is not the direction metal should aim.
It might be a bit more rave style, but this music been around for decades. Ministry, Fear Factory, even old NIN to name a few.
Ryan Heiser No, boy. First, Fear Factory are not in the same bowl as the other two you mentioned. They're Industrial Metal, nothing to do with this shit (just the Obsolete album had some similar features, in fact it was not appreciated by the fans). Ministry and NIN were just trendy bands, that try and follow the trends of their age. And so are doing these The Brownings: deathcore and electronic music are the trends of the moment, so why not mixing them together? You'll tell me that I'm old style, that this is the future of music, and something else, but boy this is just a trend, that soon will pass away. You can be the most innovative band in the world, but changes must be the product of a great work and planning and they must come from the heart, because you feel the urgency to make a change, not to follow a trend.
This is inevitable, more technology means more technology in music, metal is no exception.
Technology. Can't live in the 80's forever there mr Thrashmetal. Thrash is old, get with the times.
Ah fuck you. Even electronic music is from the 80s, you know? I'm not against technology, but this is not the way it should be used. Even Atomic Bombs are a product of technology, aren't they? So we should 'get with the times' and start throwing bombs at each other because this is the progress?
Another generic, shitty, poser metal band trying to look and be metal with that gay as fuck body lowering bullshit. All wearing black as usual, a vocalist I've heard a million times before, with added gay pop music. Sounds like Fear Factorys secret love child with Betty Boop.
I understand where your coming from and i respect your opinion. but we have to let bands choose their own style. and id rather listen to dying fetus or something. but they really arent that bad.
Captain j Man They aren't bad but they are a fart in the wind.
BTW its hardstyle not pop
Well then don't listen to them you fucking dipshit...Nobody gives a shit about what you think..go cry somewhere else.
Pretty much agree, it's not bad ... it's just nothing mega new or interesting. Seems like one of those bands whos added electronic elements just to add a bit of texture, but it's just sort of there, not really mixed in with the metal...
This is seriously perfect. I'm not a big fan of electro influences in metal but this stays brutal even with with the samples. Big fan right here!
PERFECT combination of brutal metal and electronic music. Haven't seen anyone come even close to pulling this off as good as The Browning. Cannot wait to see them live!
hardstyle with metal. I loved opening for these guys.
That camera man was head banging and jumping along with the music. That's awesome!
I love The Browning, but I can't help but hear during Bloodlust's breakdowns him say "MAYONNAISE"
+K Dawg God damn it. Thats all I can hear now!!!!
Fr,now i cant even listen to this song now
Aaaaand now neither can I. Thanks xD
Is mayonnaise an instrument?
Found this band though my 30 year old sister, I love her more than ever now
The Browning + Dr.Dre Urbeats earbuds+ HTC beats phone = Epic Eargasm!
I was listening to Dead by April..On the comment section, someone suggested to listen to this band....and wow..I liked it....
I'm pretty sure I found Dead By April from a The Browning video lol
Same man xD both unreal bands
i admire that headbanging...makes me go nuts.
The person who filmed this did an amazing job
I got goosebumps listening to this.
Saw these guys live in a place called basement transmissions. Smallest venue you will ever know, no security guards, no rails, just fans, sound system, stage and the band 2 feet from the crowd. And I was in the front. Best. Fucking. Show I've EVER been to.
bone crushing metal and techno? I never thought I would see my two loves finally married. I can die now
Was Christopher Columbus the greatest sailor in history? No, but he was a pioneer. Is this the greatest band in the world? Maybe not, but I salute all pioneers who have the balls to do what others say are impossible or insane. I'll forever be appreciative of the progress you've made.
The song, the camera work, and the editing are all superb, goodness.
Im addicted to this song.
lol People are hating but if I like it then its good. My opinion matters more...trust me.
The Browning can have more fans! They're very...mortal! Wonderful !!
Killer song! We will never DIE!!!!
that 60fps doe
still though they're the heaviest of any synth metal bands i've found so far
They played this song Friday at The Backbooth in Orlando! Freaking amazing!
Most underrated band by far
American Head Charge and The Browning is a tour that needs to happen
Y'all have yourselves a new fan.
This song always gives me the best kind of goosebumps. Love this song.
Thanks for being on the Chimaira tour guys, as I will definitely need a piss and merch break in between Threat Signal and Chimaira.
Can't get enough of these guys. I like it. That's all that matters.
Omg. I loved this song before but being played on Monster DNA's it's just... Simply perfect.
One of the most perfect songs to ever bless my ears, love these guys!
omg I just found this band.. O__O and omg.. why shouldn't I found this earlier D:
You shouldn't have found this band, they suck massive dick
Matt G
not your opinion these guys rock. I'm not going to argue to anyone your opinion is your opinion and I can't change that. Now, if you are trying to troll well.. Go fuck yourself.
TheKnightOut I'm not trying to troll, good sir. Simply saying that Metalcore is the most generic, bland and generally shitty genre of music to exist
Matt G
With most people say that and what most people told me if you have nothing to say just dislike the video and keep going. You don't have to like nor comment of what I have to say and you may not agree with it.
I was only trying to enlighten some people
that intro has such a hardcore (edm)/hardstyle feel to it
If you don't like it, don't listen it, there are people who like this type of music :)
Saw these guys in concert last night! Killed it!
Beautiful...
These guys are fucking amazing live, one of my favorite bands.
The whole cd is jammin!!!!
Love this song
this is the sickest song Ive ever heard. combining 2 of my favorite genres. nutty. thanks.
Normally don like music like this, but this is great
2:00 for some reason gives me goose bumps every time I listen to this song lol.
I see the mid-90's sound is making a come back for the next generation...
Love The Browning! Can't wait to see them live, I really enjoy the different style they have created.
Stepcore is what i call this amazing eargasimness
My new favorite band right now!
So digging this sound!!!
Definitely can't wait to play with these guys on August 3rd in Albuquerque, New Mexico!!!!
this song is bloody awesome!
More progressive riffs + the same amount of synth= an improved The Browning
While originally a crunkcore project, The Browning now plays what can be described as a combination of extreme metal with strong electronic characteristics.[3][1] Their electronic side incorporates hardstyle, trance, electronica, and dubstep.[4] While their metal side incorporates metalcore and deathcore elements.[1][5][4] Their signature style is a hybrid of double-bass drumming, 808's, and chugging; creating a solid, pounding rhythm layered with electronics.
This song is awesome this band is the best it's the energy that it gives me gets me pumped up great job guys
Just saw these guys last night and they are nice as hell! Got some stuff signed and a picture with them to show all the fellow marines here on camp lejeune!!!
I'm so proud of my sister for being apart of this video.
this is such a killer song!!!!!!!!
I can't wait to open for these guys...

Explain
this band song always made my day full of headbanging!! this song just awesome!! \m/!!!
why always a message of some sort.if a tune gets yu going.its all gd 😆❤

It does its called industrial lol!
