Glad to see we have so many critics in the audience...please tell again how original your bands lyrics are, or how many albums you have out?? Oh...you have neither...then hush!!
met jonny before the show....he was really down to earth. nicer than most people I can think of. its nice to be open minded to new things musically. never know what will come of it.
these lyrics could not explain myself more. i grew up being called a poser. im a poser because im trying everything this short life has to offer me? i bowl, skate, dance, love to online game, yes and play magic the gathering, im a father and a husband, im 24 and on top of it im in 3 seperate metal bands in my town of 775. im a poser for pushing my soul to the limit? "i am proud of who i am"
I understand the concept of the lyrics.... A majority of people, when they think of this type of music, they think they're talking about gore, death, brutality, ect. This band/song redirects that, putting lyrics from something they would normally listen to into this genre helping a bigger variety of people be able to relate to this so they get more listeners.
I saw them at the box office on the 18th! They can really make the crowd move like animals !! My neck still hurts from head banging to this song :) Then met the guitarist lol. Nice guys-3
people don't need to hate on certain bands.. if you don't like this one, don't listen? seriously don't you have anything better to do? I personally love this band
They are one of the most original and new-sounding bands I've ever heard. I know a lot of bands that mix elechtronic music and metal (Crossfaith, Asking Alexandria, Rammstein...) but no one like them. I FEEL THE DUBSTEP, FUCKIN AWESOME.
i love how everyone is hating on the lyrics, honestly i like them better then it says HUMONGOUS word and trying to have a secret meaning when this band is telling you straight out, "BE YOURSELF"
Its so funny seeing all the hate comments, if any of the haters just listened to the lyrics, they would understand that The Browning is aware of the haters, are not ashamed of what they are doing and will never change because other people dislike them. Commenting negatively on this song is like preaching war and racism to John Lennon's imagine.
The browning has always been in the metal scene and delivered headbanging goodness. this is one song that does include more electronics than others but that's their band man. still a great band. They went through some change and still kept a fan base and brought more attention to themselves. If I don't like them then fuck off. If you do support them.
You're right... everyones entitled to their opinions. So it doesn't matter what earache thinks, or you. Not being rude. I think this is the best band out of the ones you listed tbh. My opinion. I like the style.
i agree this is the future of metal. working on some new technical shit like this with my band. imagine intracy of texas in july with the breakdowns of the browning. sheer beauty.
not here to criticize. The browning steped it up from this to nowadays. Not that into other than later stuff I just touched upon. 10/10 for the overall progress, not the time stamp
I have been loving this band for a very long time. Just cant quite figure out why I find this in a Post-Hardcore playlist. This is electrocore or synthcore if u so will, but has nothing to do with post-hardcore. Still recommendable band.
First time I have ever been here. Never have particularly been into "metal" and I listen to soft stuff usually... BUT, these lyrics are SO MUCH FUCKING BETTER than all the top 40 shit kids are listening to these days.
Core means essence, stem, root. Something-core means that composition contains main elements characteristic for this genre. So, dubcore is misunderstanding because it is mix, hybride, experimental music, and word "core" is the most less accurately with determining genre :P
They opened for Korn and Love And Death last night. They seem like nice people. I got to talk to the guitarist. Apparently they're playing Warped Tour 2014.
For this to be Deathcore, it would have to: 1. Have squeals and growls 2. Have blast beats 3. Have down-tuned Metalcore riffs (mostly drop A). There is a Deathcore influence in The Browning's music, but overall, it's just really, really, really aggressive Electronicore.
@rreddrop Trends? This is a reason why I admire these guys. I'm not a pure metalhead, I kinda like those electro genres and really.. I'm so happy of finding this. Other songs from the album are great too. I do fucking like it and I'm so happy there is finally something different.. No sweet shitty clean vocals contrasting with growls all the time. Don't change, never change, don't be ashamed.. this is great and original.
a body building video brought me to this guys, god damn i was hooked the second i heard them, i love hardcore metal pumping through my veins when im hitting the gym hard
I fucking love this and always knew that hardcore would come to this at some point since i started listening since 2000. And to all the metal heads who are always hating on deathcore just listen to your regular, non-progressive, stuck in the 80s heavy metal let progressive bands do what they do cus they don't care about your opinion.
Back again
same
These guy's are some of the most down to earth and nice musician's I have ever met. Infinite respect.
Glad to see we have so many critics in the audience...please tell again how original your bands lyrics are, or how many albums you have out?? Oh...you have neither...then hush!!
So many bands have tried to find the right mixture of metal/hardcore and techno/dubstep. The Browning have found that!
My favorite song by them!
awwwwww fuck
and i am not ashamed!! :D
I will not change!
this is like the most motivational song ever
For true trance metal listen to Silent descent
I'm really loving this band. KCMO in tha house
The growl is ruining it for me :/
But the music is flawless...
I love the growl tbh.
then get out
:) OK
The growl is making it better in my opinion :D
Screemo*
THIS IS WHO I WAS BORN TO BE
THIS IS WHO I WILL ALWAYS BE
Yessssssssssssss
met jonny before the show....he was really down to earth. nicer than most people I can think of. its nice to be open minded to new things musically. never know what will come of it.
You're the exact example of the type of people I don't want listening to this genre. You make us look bad.
Honestly, wasn't expected anything good. I was wrong. This is amazing.
Kind of digging the electronic elements in this.
these lyrics could not explain myself more. i grew up being called a poser. im a poser because im trying everything this short life has to offer me? i bowl, skate, dance, love to online game, yes and play magic the gathering, im a father and a husband, im 24 and on top of it im in 3 seperate metal bands in my town of 775. im a poser for pushing my soul to the limit? "i am proud of who i am"
this music is wild as hell they put things together at the perfect time
Thank god I´ve been looking for ages for a band which mixes electronics in an awesome way! Finally found them! yay!
i cant see how anybody would hate on this awesome band
I understand the concept of the lyrics.... A majority of people, when they think of this type of music, they think they're talking about gore, death, brutality, ect. This band/song redirects that, putting lyrics from something they would normally listen to into this genre helping a bigger variety of people be able to relate to this so they get more listeners.
This is beyond awesome! Metal is the music of the edge, no other music can take you there so easly! It´s moving to whatch/hear art like this!!
I saw them at the box office on the 18th! They can really make the crowd move like animals !! My neck still hurts from head banging to this song :)
Then met the guitarist lol. Nice guys-3
God how I love these guys. Beautiful synths, beautiful vocals, beautiful all the way around!
not a huge fan of these guys but damn i love those lyrics. "This is who i was born to be." "This is who i will always be" Love it
Guitarist is a great guy; so is the whole band, I've met them once and on Oct 7, 2012 I will meet them again! :)
people don't need to hate on certain bands.. if you don't like this one, don't listen? seriously don't you have anything better to do? I personally love this band
They are one of the most original and new-sounding bands I've ever heard. I know a lot of bands that mix elechtronic music and metal (Crossfaith, Asking Alexandria, Rammstein...) but no one like them. I FEEL THE DUBSTEP, FUCKIN AWESOME.
nice to see someone liking all types of music genre
The band flew out of Kansas City today. I told them I would look them up, I'm so glad I did. SICK!!!
i love how everyone is hating on the lyrics, honestly i like them better then it says HUMONGOUS word and trying to have a secret meaning when this band is telling you straight out, "BE YOURSELF"

When this band becomes the most played bands ever.. ill remember i was one of the first to hear it!
I like how the album is called "Burn This World" but yet this is such a positive song..
The browning has always been in the metal scene and delivered headbanging goodness. this is one song that does include more electronics than others but that's their band man. still a great band. They went through some change and still kept a fan base and brought more attention to themselves. If I don't like them then fuck off. If you do support them.
I remeber listening to these guys when they had 2 songs. They've really grown.
One of the Best Albums since ever.
So much Trancecore/Hardcore *what ever* come and goes, but i still fucking love Burn this World
the break down at the end is amazing.
Just found these guys while randomly searching for music, best mistake ever...period.
This sound couldn't get out my head!!! Its too awesome!!
You're right... everyones entitled to their opinions. So it doesn't matter what earache thinks, or you. Not being rude. I think this is the best band out of the ones you listed tbh. My opinion. I like the style.
Zhansi + The Browning = Eye and Eargasms
I AM NOT ASHAMED!
I WILL NEVER CHANGE!

I remember when these guys were a nobody, but still had baddass tunes, now theyre huge!
i agree this is the future of metal. working on some new technical shit like this with my band. imagine intracy of texas in july with the breakdowns of the browning. sheer beauty.
I wana scream this song. Love every part of it, know every word.
Most comments are pure love though, aren't they? n_n
Which this band btw deserves!
not here to criticize. The browning steped it up from this to nowadays. Not that into other than later stuff I just touched upon. 10/10 for the overall progress, not the time stamp
best song to lift to, glad i found these guys
@RecklessRedRabbit don't generalize too much. There are great songs in both genres!
This album was the best 9 bucks i've ever spent on itunes o:
I got the goose bumps , i think a part of me just cried too.
amazing song,
why, cause they have a positive message?
this would be the only band i would enjoy to see out of all you just listed
I have been loving this band for a very long time. Just cant quite figure out why I find this in a Post-Hardcore playlist. This is electrocore or synthcore if u so will, but has nothing to do with post-hardcore. Still recommendable band.
I love this band so freaking much.

Im proud to say im from KC. I love me some dubcore.
now this is how you mix dubstep and metal
dubstep + metal =
GOD DAMN.... THIS IS... AWESOME.
First time I have ever been here. Never have particularly been into "metal" and I listen to soft stuff usually... BUT, these lyrics are SO MUCH FUCKING BETTER than all the top 40 shit kids are listening to these days.
This is the type of music you rave out and headbang to. XD
Wow...really impressed by these guys.
Core means essence, stem, root. Something-core means that composition contains main elements characteristic for this genre. So, dubcore is misunderstanding because it is mix, hybride, experimental music, and word "core" is the most less accurately with determining genre :P
DeathCORE thank you. Death Metal and Deathcore are two different things alltogether.
The artwork would've been comical if the planet had a mohawk of a city. As it is, the song itself is extremely catchy!
Im seeing these guys live on January. Along with my friends band.
You guys realize that emo means Emotional right?
Anger is an emotion.
never been a big fan of dubstep but these guys are awesome
They opened for Korn and Love And Death last night. They seem like nice people. I got to talk to the guitarist. Apparently they're playing Warped Tour 2014.
Metal is becoming more notarized with every new band.
Dubstep is like the biggest thing since condoms.
I can dig this shit.
The best bands adapt.
The worse ones will fail.
