Please ask me any questions that you have, I’m happy to help you out.

Hi Kevin, hello from Shanghai, China. Your apartment is so comfy and with an absolutely wonderful view. I am thinking of studying in Wellington as it is a such beautiful city. To be honest, I was surprised by the rental price, a bit expensive. I heard there are many crime cases happened recently in Auckland, what about the crime rate in Wellington?

Hey Xia, relatively both Auckland and Wellington are extremely safe and NZ is safe in general. If you study and stay within the central (which I highly assume that is what you will do) then you will be fine. I recommend you sign up for the Hall Residence provided by the University, so you have an extra year to go around and find the best suburb you want to stay. I have lived in Wellington for 8 years now and I rarely hear about serious crimes. Hope that helps.

@@kellennial1474 Hi Kevin, Thank you so much for your reply. I am really keen to move there, wondering if there are many job opportunities for foreign graduates in the business area. Ultermately I wish to get my PR.

@@xiahuang3387 You will have to work hard to become PR regardless of any job area. There is always jobs to be filled so you will be fine. Good luck! NZ is a great country.
