Hi Hugh! Congratulations on getting a flat 2 years ago. The interest rate i got was 5.99% locked in for 6 months, the loan is 30 years though. When i refix later this year the rate will be lower, hopefully under 5%. No there is no parking, we actually don't drive and find it convenient to just use pubic transport. I did know about the beams, but they are a bit bigger than i thought. But i don't find them annoying. And finally the maintenance cost is about 4.5k nzd per year.
