Why is the front yard so much larger than the backyard for the houses on this block? It just seems counter intuitive since most people use their back yards.

It could be due to zoning regulations or the aesthetic appeal of having a grand front yard. :)

That's a nice house but I don't think it's $3.5 million nice. I do see the high end woods and tile and fixtures though.
