Ms. Hausdorff, incidentally, was not questioning the existence of famine in Gaza, but how that famine comes to exist. Supplies do reach Gaza...then "mysteriously" disappear. Not that she was ever allowed to fully articulate that, as you rightly noted. It was that very information, I suspect, that the Hamas supporter was trying to drown out with her unstoppable babble.

It's sad that I was unable to hear Ms Hausdorff's figures and arguments because she kept being interrupted and sidetracked. Ms Ahmed was not willing to hear Ms Hausdorff out and she did not seem able to handle or respond rationally to Ms Hausdorff's arguments. What a waste of time it is having interviews in which the interviewer does not stop constant talking over and confusion.
It is notable though how polarizing this issue is. It's rare to experience a polite, useful debate that might help to clarify matters.
