I ordered this one, for my own test, but also because I want to find a DAC under 100 euro which is really HighRes (Qobuz) and works very well. But, after ordering I see that this Uno cannot connect at an Android TV, it has no optics and or HDMI, I only can use it for my desktop comp and or laptop computer....or.......I also ordered a Arylic S10 music streamer, maybe I can connect this Uno with the Acrylic?
I would like to know how to connect this Ifi Uno at your Android TV and to an amp, I think it cannot....so it is only usefull as a headphone and computer DAC.

The Uno and zen air are $20 apart, which would you suggest?

I can only assume because they are the same encoding, make sure you PC is set to output the highest available encoding in sound settings.
