Clara, Clara and once again Clara. she's a fantastic carry in pure fiction and performs amazing with the right supports such as Tingyun, Robin and Huohuo. as for limited 5 stars, well...the best character to build that will probably never age in this regard is Aventurine. brother will take your team to hell and back and they'll come out unscathed. not to mention if you get his signature lc you can lay back the def grinding, give him a crit dmg chest piece and turn him into a sub dps. an absolute monster of a unit
@dorianhernik I was about to hit the 11th cycle against hoolay with Clara (yulin lc) aventurine, Robin and Topaz And Hoolay that fast bastard got one more turn from nowhere and clutched it. It looked doomed by like 3% too LMAO
clara was the first character that I dreamed to have when I started to play and she's the only standard character that I dont have... and I been playing for over a year ! I mean, it took me like 3 years to get all standard banner characters in genshin so I shouldnt be surprised, its raw luck~

For new players: HMC > Hunt March > rest you mentioned. Older accounts will probably have both built already and if not they should get around to it asap. Reasoning: HMC is a team on their own which is especially relevant for two-team endgame. You can add basically any unit (that deals toughness damage) matching the boss's weakness and you'll do fine March goes into several teams and will always be very good (even though there will generally be a better option, the flexibility of March being free provides so much value for any account).
I don't know whether you read this but I just want to thank you for the guide/tips you always provide. Detailed and comprehensible. You made a similar video a couple of months ago and it really helped me to have a competent roster despite of being a F2P. I already built the characters you mentioned above and I can say that they are truly worth it. I started at 2.0 Sparkle banner and 3* clear all end game content since August. Of course this is with a few Meta Characters (Robin and Ruan Mei) but with cheaper alternatives like Hunt March 7th for Topaz, Gallagher for Lingsha, and Pela for Jiaoqiu. I'm just proud on how my account progress. Planning on pulling Sunday, wish me luck. Can I say that the Jade outfit really compliments you naturally.
I would actually recommend people to build Hanya. If played correctly she could actually make some rotations much easier and faster to get ult too, due to more frequent use of skill on some characters. But of course she is not for beginner and optimizing a run using her is tricky. Yukong is also another underrated character people never about. Her buffs are actually crazy and just need some simple speed tuning to play around. Most of them prefer using Asta while she is actually quite useless if you don't know what you're doing.

Happy late birthday moon 🌕🎉 My recommendation for building characters (just 4 stars and standard units) : Hunt march - good support, good damage, can be built both crit or break, it's march she's adorable Herta - good f2p unit for pure fiction, easy to trigger fua, cool design Gallagher - good healer, good for break teams, can put out good damage for a 4 star abundance unit Tingyun - energy for days, very nice buffs, great for everyone but especially characters who's main dmg come from ults (like Argenti, etc) Pela - this girl is basically like the best 4 star in game, reduces enemy def alot, debuffer, she fits in alot of teams Harmony mc - harmony units are just great in general but the mc allows any character to deal superbreak to any broken enemies, give allies break effect, easy to build Bronya - probably the best standard unit, great support, advance forward, great design, pretty much what I've been saying for everyone else lol Himeko - like herta she is great for pure fiction, she's gotten better over time, can be good for both a break and normal build
Thanks you for all the info! It makes things a lot more clear for the priority on which team builds I can access freely. So far the best team I have built is Fei Xiao's follow up attack team, and I'm gonna have Bronya, Jing Yuan (Still building), Sunday (waiting for 2.7), and waiting for Gallagher as my back up team.
I imagine our boy, the General jing Yuan, will be really worth building if you have him with sunday coming and the high probability of a dedicated summon team. He'll probably jump to at least teir 0.5. No more jing YAWN
My biggest flex is that all the characters that was mentioned in this video was already maxed out and useful. That's why meta tierlist is so important to check. As for the recommendation, I suggest Gallagher. Even if you don't have him at E6, his ULT + turn advance is a very huge advantage.
to this day i can't thank my clara enough. because of her i skip a lot of 1.x dpses since the combo of clara luocha is more than enough to function as my 2nd team throughout 1.x and i so i target all the sustain/support in 1.x which help tremendously right now in terms of comp flexibility.

I managed to get e6 Pela while pulling for Aventurine and I really want to build her but all my credits are gone from leveling Aventurine, Hunt 7th and Topaz. I want to level as soon as I can for my second team
With the 5 star selector, im stuck with either clara E1 or bronya E2. Clara is my only real physical unit that's built, and honestly, iv not used bronya much since iv been using sparkle in the acheron team, and the other team i use is Firefly.
clara all the way, even tho bronya is an amazing support, her value will most likely decrease (already did tbh) as other action advancing supports, like sparkle and sunday, show up. and even if her value did not decrease her eidolons are, in most cases, not really useful
About who i would recomend as a "must build", it would be Herta, she is incredible in PF, and works wonders if put along side with others FUA attackers, last PF i used herta and Feixiao to get 30k ( its strange, but it worked ), sadly, Herta is only for PF, but I belive she is worth
Tbh the best characters to build right now is the super break core either with RM or pela. No other team type is as free and disgustingly relevent as this because this team type leaves more pulls for future metas than any other team type in the game while being putting in the damage.

Would you recommend Tingyun with 4pc Sacerdo and Planetary for E2 Acheron? I'm pretty new so I missed the banners for most of the premium harmonies and only Acheron and Aventurine are on banner right now.
I love Hunt March 7th she is great and every time you say Hunt March 7th I hear Hot March 7th and that fits too. I also love Huo Huo she had helped me survive in so many teams as my only 5 star sustain until yesterday when I pulled Aventurine.

Hmm yanqing was my first ever 5* and if you have no other dpses, yes you should build him enough to get through the early game. He falls off hard late game without obscene investment though so you shouldn't put too much into him. Source: I mained him from 1.0-1.5
I have these in 5 star characters Feixiao, fu xuan, harmony trailblazer, bronya, yanqing e1. Question is should i pull for adventuren or wait for the characters which are going to come like new herta ,fate series collab character, along the line And majorly i use first three characters with moze so what will be a better team combination than this or character worth pulling. I really appreciate it if someone can advise on this.
Aventurine is great overall and in particular with feixiao, + u already have fu xuan so by pulling aventurine you’re basically fine with sustains (ig you would have anyway with Gallagher+fu xuan but aventurine is just THAT good with feixiao). Technically aventurine is good for Yanqing too but yanqing is… Yanqing. In the next banners all the pgs looks kinda broken, Sunday is stupidly good, firefly is busted and tingyun idk if it’s a replace for ruan Mei in break teams, in that case she would be also good for an almost entire f2p team (tingyun+trailblazer+gallagher+dps, but I don’t know much about tingyun new form) About herta I know little to nothing but she’ll probably perform well in pure fiction Oh and firefly is just broken, but for firefly it’s more valuable to pull for ruan Mei than firefly herself, which is weird to say but it is what it is. You can try something like asta instead of ruan Mei but it doesn’t work as well. Then again, idk if tingyun can replace ruan Mei and perform as well with firefly. Mind that when I’m talking about tingyun I refer to the upcoming 5 star version btw

I am a free-to-play player and I would like to know if there is any one specific character whether it's five star or four star that is a complete game changer for casual play I don't really care for the best what teams have just realized that a lot of the characters I enjoy playing as end up being extremely squishy I'm more of a Brute Force kind of player
I didn't like Pela (animation or lines or design... Sorry) but once built, she is one of my favorites. She works with everyone, debuffs the hell out of enemies. I ope for her 4th E (have only 2 but...)

Qingque is a really good dps for the early game, and her gambling strategy is addictive, would recomend building her
