Hi there! Newbie here, I see the vinyl role, isn’t it supposed to be cut in sheets first before printing on it? I’ve seen that in another video, so I suppose your method is with a higher level printer that can take the whole role and cut it, right? I have some regular HP Laser printer. I guess I would need to prepare the vinyl sheets myself (or with some hand cutter)? Also not sure if you mentioned any brand for the vinyl, would be great if you could share any tips🥰 Thanks in advance! PS.: the holographic stuff looks so enchanting, I might just make only these for a start 😂✨

I'm running into an issue with trying to cut this same vinyl using crop marks and laminating it. It refuses to read the crop marks after trying to lam and cut. If i put tape over the dots it reads it but is inaccurate. I'm at a loss here.

Could I archived the same result with the right equipment, material and a cheaper Model like Silhouette or circut.

No. This is a printer and cutter in one. It's 20" wide and it has ecosolvent ink. A Silhouette CAMEO or Cricut is just a cutter. It's 12" wide and it doesn't print. If you pair it with a printer it will most likely only be an inkjet printer which is not scratch and fade resistant like ecosolvent and inkjet won't print on this material.
