Sweet. Fulfillment jobs like that are nice, because they keep everyone busy. Plus there is a nice little upsell for all the handwork. Kind of a pain to do the work, but the return is nice. They turned out looking awesome.

Another option for that gold look would be to apply toner hot foil with a heat press or something.
The price of the brightline holographic has jumped a ton the past 6 month! Are serializing them?
It had, it's a bit ridiculous. They were not serialized.
Hmm, Daron considers selling the Konica and Duplo, then does a multiple-thousand card order with them. I'd definitely keep the Konica and Duplo!

Why do you waste so much of the media? Why just not use edge holders? Or it's more about curing? (vinyl waves at the edge under temperature )?
The front edge is the issue. It can curl and get caught in the heating unit. Easier to waste some on the front than have a head crash.
@@ttms When I print with my 365 and i'm worried about the material dragging and getting caught on the heater (usually with heavy reflective films) I attach three 2"x8" pieces of vinyl to the leading edge of the roll so that the strips are the only thing sticking out of the heater. This allows me to gently pull on these tabs to keep the material taught and allows me to start the print with the material sticking out of the pinch rollers maybe an inch or so. It always makes it over the heater this way, and I only ever waste a little film. Definitely worth a try.
