Do what you do and let the haters hate! I'm with you Dave, if the fish is going to eat it """and I'm in a need to catch fish situation"" I'm throwing what needs to be thrown. If I'm finding fish or fun fishing, there's 5 rods on the deck that I love to throw and that's about as complicated as I get.......till pride and frustration set in. Then the kitchen sink gets pulled out! lololol

I think the biggest cop out in modern fishing is the day two "swing for the fences" big bait guy. Somehow people think its excusable to completely bomb a tournament as long as you were throwing a glide bait.

Keep, they are many different ways to catch them. Use whatever it takes to catch them.

My cousin trashes me every weekend because I always have a Senko rod out. It's a good backup bait to throw when you miss one on a top water and when nothing is working. He will go all day refusing to throw a senko and get skunked all the time I'm getting bit on it. He says I'm throwing a goose turd. LOL 😆 Keep
