I rode the 1190sx in 2015 and loved it, though it was vibey in city light-to-light.

@@whiskeytangofoxtrot9403 Yeah, can't disagree. But this nightster is still way cheaper vs next bike in a lineup. And if you are not a super purist, it's considerably better performer vs evo sportster.

You probably know this and I’m not sure who you use for steel supply but IMS has all kinds of nice stainless and they are at 36th st and Southern now. The showroom is awesome.

Ryan silly question. Why not V band the joint where the muffler attaches to the head pipe so you don't need to bang it on and off it. Would make disassembly much easier and faster.
after WWIII i plan on getting me a Nightster and will get the exhaust. Gonna have to make my own heatshields, cause those OEM ones suck ass.

I really like this and will be buying a Nightster Special if I can get a decent exhaust. Im gonna get the tank dash to relocate the speedo so it has that Road King style dash on the tank. Can you add a renovable db reducer or are you adding a baffle to it? If not I can always do it myself by drilling a hole and bolting one in.

Pie cuts look awesome....they are a must have. Would you consider shortening the pipe so that it only sticks out an inch or so since it has a black heatshield and it's a stainless pipe? It will also reduce the heat on the shock

You need one of the exhaust expander tools that arent wedg so you can expand the whole length of pipe you want
That end piece for your pipe you should also haveyour machinist guy design one off your part so you can have them anodized or polished to match your other billet parts, giving your customers differant options, make one for your pipes youve done for other bikes as well.

At the beginning I was like the muffler looks weak and the heat shields are chunky. Didnt look good. Heat shield is still dog shit but that pie cut tip you're adding does make it look much better.
