great videos!! after 'only' a couple years of training, 15,000+miles, and a willingness to consistently adjust position/change components I've finally dialed in my fit (on my road bike). It would have been nice to see these videos then, definitely would have helped me to find some of these issues in myself earlier and avoid a number of position/overuse injuries. But now i get to use these videos to help dial in my other bikes in much less time!
Hi dan, thanks for checking out the videos and I'm glad you've found value to them. You're right in that if you've got good body awareness you can arrive to a pretty good fit on your own. A bike fit can also help skip some of the "trial and error" in trying to dial in your fit.
Hi, thanks for the video, may I know which video editor you have used to measure the angles and line on the video? I want do an assessment of my own. Thanks in advance
Who's going to do all these angles check while sitting on a bike
uh oh.. with a stem sizing setup like that, i guess that mean the bike is just too big or too long for him
Hey 31.8mm, we decided to go from a 110mm to 80mm stem. I think globally the size of the bike frame fits his body. He is a taller rider with longer limbs.
i see 👌🏼
