5 weeks and only extremely exhausted and emotional and can't stop farting. My husband lost his smell from Covid in December and I tell him God is protecting him from my pregnancy farts lol it's so bad
I'm so sorry you're exhausted and feeling all the feels, and also sorry to hear about your husband, but I love your sense of humour about it all. I'm giggling away here in my office chair 😂 I hope both you and him are feeling better now.
Oh my goodness. You are SO FUNNY. how is the farting going now??? Better I hope! I need to lose my taste and smell too save me from my husband's farts and everything else making me sick!
6 weeks and it 3am I'm really struggling . Vomiting heaps in the night, I burst into tears when you talked about not telling people and feeling alone. Thanks for the video I definitely felt like I wasn't alone after watching this :)
I just burst into tears too. My partner is really supportive but I hate feeling like I'm complaining too much. I'm not ready to tell anyone else because conception was so hard and I'm only 6 weeks in. I feel so alone. God knows I'm over the moon but it's so much harder than I thought it would be.
I told about a dozen people who I'm close to. I'd rather be understood by those who care about me. It's not worth keeping the truth to yourself, and some eventually catch on anyway.
I feel sick 24/7 and like I’m dying. EXTREME exhaustion. I am controlling the vomiting, but gagging nonetheless. I truly feel terrible and like I’m dying
Omg this is exactly how I’m feeling right now. I’m been bed ridden for over a week. Constantly gagging and vomiting. I can’t even stand up I’m that weak. I literally feel like I’m dying I don’t know how much more I can take. I’m nearly 7 weeks.
@@soraydasanchez6768 I ended up being admitted to hospital for fluids through IV DRIP... I don’t know how I’ve gotten though the past 3 weeks feeling like this. I’m a shell of myself.

6 weeks and feeling sick the entire day/night. I can’t eat, I have nausea and I try to vomit but only saliva comes out…. I can’t work and I feel guilty
5 weeks and I'm feeling nauseous, hungry, fatigued, sleepy, tired, I just want to lay down all day 😔 I have 2 boys already they have no idea yet that they're getting another brother or sister.

Almost 6 weeks and felt it when you said it feels like being hungover all day every day. It makes me extremely agitated and then I complain nonstop. Grateful to have found this video. Thank you 🙏
I’m in bed writing this. Nearly nine weeks and I’m literally like wtf! Sickness exactly like being hangover constantly. Going pee 5 times a night, can’t sleep and have no desire for anything. I'm 12 weeks, and I feel I'm gonna die; I'm always nauseous or gagging...everything stinks, including me, I'm always hungry. This is miserable, but I'm grateful
I am in my 7 wks and this is terrible. I am tired all day, nauseous mainly during evening time, and bloating. I’m emotionally drained but still grateful. I am a nurse and I cant push myself to work 😭😭
Thank you for these tips! Trying the soda crackers as we speak after crying for 10 minutes because I’m exhausted, nauseous, cramping, bloated and all I wanna do is cry because nothing I do makes it go away. Praying the sofa crackers help!
I’m 7 weeks tomorrow, I cried when you said ‘hang in there momma’ this is my first baby, but already feel like I’m in the mom club. I’ve got night shifts this week, I’m dreading them 😭
The second anyone is even thinking of becoming a mother they get mom club status in my books. Congratulations, and I hope the night shifts are kind to you ❤️
Thanks for sharing! It’s been 1.5 weeks since the morning sickness started, its bad. Plus the fact there’s no one I can really share this with except my hubby who can’t really help much. 😖
My nausea just started (6 weeks). Thanks for all the tips! Today I found that rubbing an ice cube on my face helps with the nausea A LOT. It's uncomfortable at first but it really helped relieve my nausea for some reason. I also prefer drinking mint or ginger tea instead of water (warm not hot). This seems to help as well. I take a pilates class once a week and do yoga. I always feel better after these activities as well. Caffeine seems to make it worse and sitting too long can also trigger my nausea. Good luck mommas!
Congratulations! One thing I have learnt is that 2 conflicting things can be true at once, you can be completely filled with joy and excitement, and also feel miserable. They don't have to cancel each other out. Wishing you all the best with your pregnancy, and hopefully you find some comfort with your symptoms soon ❤️
1st trimester and the nausea is real... I found sipping cold water right after throwing up will stop stomach cramps but watch out for acid reflux if you sip too fast or too much. Wish me luck.

Funny you say that I had goosebumps too. I ended up having them at delivery as well with my first (which no one talks about). They gave me a warm blanket which helped. Hope you are feeling a bit better!
Thank you! I went to the gym and just walked on the treadmill and stretched. I also have noticed I NEED to drink lots of water, constantly feeling thirsty. :)

I knew pregnancy wouldn't be easy but I don't think I could prepare for this... since 5.5 weeks (I'm now 7 weeks, 2 days) the all day nausea started, constantly bloated, finally vomited for the first time but it was at 3am.... 😑 additionally, im hot ALL THE TIME I feel like I have a temperature but I use a thermometer and I'm fine.. anyone else feel these temps??
This is latterly what I feel right now at 5 weeks, i did not expect this at all! Im tired all the time can’t eat even water makes me sick! Please tell me do you feel better now?
Sorry I couldn't get back to you sooner. I hope you are feeling better these days. Let me know if you found any snacks that helped that I can share with other mamas.
I just found out i was pregnant yesterday. I’ve been pregnant for 6 weeks now.And I’m excited! But it suuuuucckksss… right now I’m sipping lemon water to break the vomiting and it’s actually helping a lot!

I’m only 5 weeks. And I had never felt this bad in my life. Dizzy, nauseous. Throwing up. Like you said a hangover 7days a week. I tried getting a doctors appointment early but there booked from 3 weeks from now. It’s so fustrating

Just recently turned 20.. I’m about 9 weeks pregnant and I already had chronic constipation and stomach issues… this is making it so much worse, I’m so scared and I still feel so immature
Hang in there. I'm 6 weeks pregnant and honestly not a fan of the experience this week since the nausea and fatigue hit... I'm generally an active person. Now I'm bawling my eyes out at 1am asking why I got myself into this. I'm 29 so it's not about your age - you're not immature.
Hi am Margaret am also 9 weeks but it has been not easy for all those weeks behind been vomiting every time whenever I eat any thing but iused to feel thirsty alot now am not feeling it now started to try eat something but heartburn is a big problem to me
I feel so ill. I have no energy im hungry but not hungry, nauseous, bloating 9 weeks and i honestly hope this sickness will go away at week 10 because i cant deal anymore everything stinks
I know what you mean, I had to tell my fellow mabelhood mamas at the office because it was way too hard to function. I needed their support no matter what happened.
With my first pregnancy I was sick for a whole 8 months, all day and all night but I wasn't working and I could lay in bed and sleep it off. This time I work and have a home etc to look after and I feel like death everyday it's horrible.
Great question! I did find one at winners that I love and typically in the spring you can find some at Joe Fresh, Target, Old Navy and the GAP. Any year round ones you can order online that I know of are similar in price to Smash and Tess, such as Lav + Kush, which also has a big romper selection. I do buy my rompers on sale only to help a bit with the price. Hope that helps! Another gentle belly friendly clothing item is the very high waisted leggings that are a lot more popular and available now (also great for after baby).
I am 4 1/2 weeks pregnant. I’ve been nauseas for a week. But my doctor told me I am allowed to take gravol and I found gravol to help me a lot. And I also drink ginger ale. It’s bad to the point where I can’t really eat anything. But crackers and granola bars help me.
My nutrition sucks now and all I want is sprite and salty foods and have no energy and quest all the time. I’m going to find the ginger chews and hope I can get back to the gym.
I know exactly how you feel. I did find getting back into more regular movement and exercise was so much better by my second trimester. Definitely give yourself lots of grace until you are feeling more up to it. Good luck mama!
The bands don't work for me 😭😭don't know if I'm doing it wrong or what. But I'm barely eating and everything is messing up my stomach. Almost 6 weeks now. I keep hearing about exercising but I can't even imagine doing that. I work from home and I can barely cook or clean. Mostly stay in bed
I'm so sorry you are going through that. It is very serious! I did not have it, but do mention in the beginning of the video that anyone who thinks they might should seek treatment from their doctor right away. I hope you are getting some rest and able to take it easy ❤️
Nausea is still too much it has been tough really this is my second pregnancy but it has disturbed me alot ihated my self and all time felt being alone
Never thought I could possibly hate food this much. Me. A foodie. Ginger doesn't work for me, not even the crackers work. My poor husband is just here not eating anything with me. I can only stand one food at a time, I eat it until I get sick of it and then it's a mad dash to find the next thing I can stand because the hunger is ferocious. I'm hungry WHILE I'm eating, and if I eat too much I want to die. I've only thrown up a few times, though I feel nauseous all day every day. TBH I welcome the throw up, I get some relief until the bad hunger kicks in again. The not being able to drink water thing is real! BUT I recently found that drinking ice cold water works for me.(It's like it numbs my insides long enough for it to go down) I know it's not good for me but some water is better than no water right? Thanks for creating this space to rant, we haven't told anyone yet either (9 weeks)
Reading this brings me right back to that place. Little snacks through out the day made a huge difference for me. It was hard to start at first because, like you said you go from being starving to nauseous and back, but hopefully you find something that works for you or everything subsides soon. Hang in there mama and congratulations ❤️
Back here at 21 weeks! Everything resolved themselves after 18 weeks. I don't even have cravings and I feel great🙌 I finally told my sister-in-law at about 12 weeks and she recommended some otc nausea medicine called Gravol. For anyone reading this it was what saved my life. At one point I thought I'd just leave food alone all together and slowly die, but that one pill helped to keep the non-oily foods down. So excited now!

Omg thank you so much for the Pistachios idea ❤️🙏 did'nt knew that 🤩
You're so welcome!
I am 11 weeks and yes feels like a hangover every day.
I am so happy for getting pregnant but I hope it gets better 😏😬
When did you start getting nauteous?
This video is speaking to me... Thank you!
Can you give some pregnancy snacking recommendations please? It’s really hard to find anything appealing right now.
Congratulations mama, and great tip, never thought to try lemon water!
I feel like people don't talk about this enough. I had no idea it would be this bad!!! Why didn't anyone tell me
I hear ya! Totally grateful that fellow mamas are sharing their experiences on here and more awesome tips.
Awesome job! Thanks for sharing

I’m 4 weeks and it feels like I’m riding in a hot van with no AC on a curved road morning to night.
Love the creativity in that description and totally get what you mean! Don't love that you are feeling that way, I hope you're feeling better these days ❤️
I’m only 5 weeks. And I had never felt this bad in my life. Dizzy, nauseous. Throwing up. Like you said a hangover 7days a week. I tried getting a doctors appointment early but there booked from 3 weeks from now. It’s so fustrating

9 weeks and praying for the nausea to go over :( So hard while working fulltime
It is so hard! Hoping your nausea eases up soon!! 💕
Prune juice! 💓
Hi am Margaret am also 9 weeks but it has been not easy for all those weeks behind been vomiting every time whenever I eat any thing but iused to feel thirsty alot now am not feeling it now started to try eat something but heartburn is a big problem to me
I wish I found this before i'm at week 11 so hopefully fingers crossed it gets better after this 😊👣💞
I hope so too!
Week 6 I've never felt worse, haven't gotten out of bed for one week ahh
Baby #3 and I agree
Me too! Week 6 nearly 7 and I have lived in bed. I weak, irritated, extremely nauseous and vomiting. I cannot take much more.
Me too 😪
@@barbiegibson3557 It gets better. Week 14 and getting back my energy
Me too literally in bed
I feel so ill. I have no energy im hungry but not hungry, nauseous, bloating 9 weeks and i honestly hope this sickness will go away at week 10 because i cant deal anymore everything stinks
It's week 10, how are you feeling mama?
@@MabelsLabels_Mabelhood still sick 😫 and tired xx
I am 6 weeks. Nausea hits me at night and whenever I’m being driven around. Not to mention the 24/7 tiredness lol
The motion sickness hits hard! I was the same! How are you feeling these days?
@@MabelsLabels_Mabelhood I am feeling so much better. I still get nauseous every once in a while, but not nearly as bad!
I just found out. I'm 5 weeks 3 days according to my LMP. I told my family. I do not want to go through this alone. I am soooo nauseated. I hate it
Tips to overcome morning sickness - www.johnandsanju.com/?p=64
I know what you mean, I had to tell my fellow mabelhood mamas at the office because it was way too hard to function. I needed their support no matter what happened.
With my first pregnancy I was sick for a whole 8 months, all day and all night but I wasn't working and I could lay in bed and sleep it off. This time I work and have a home etc to look after and I feel like death everyday it's horrible.
Very helpful! Thank u!
So glad it was helpful!
Do you know of any budget friendly rompers that are a good mock of Smash tees???
Enemas are the best during my pregnancy I am 7 weeks now
I'm going to use that line a hangover that won't go away 5 week and 3 days and I feel like dog poop
I’m vomiting and peeing at the same time 😢😢 nothings working. I just contacted my doctor. The back of my throat is so sore from all the vomiting
I literally had to sit on the toilet with a bag to vomit in at the same time as peeing. I empathize!
I am 6 weeks sick with morning sickness all day long. Just looking at food makes me sick. Any strong scent makes me super sick too!
I feel that, how are you feeling now? any relief?
Did you have hyperemesis Glavadorum?? Cuz that's what I'm dealing with. Its a severe condition.
I'm so sorry you are going through that. It is very serious! I did not have it, but do mention in the beginning of the video that anyone who thinks they might should seek treatment from their doctor right away. I hope you are getting some rest and able to take it easy ❤️
6 weeks and I feel like dying , I feel so scared if I'll be able to make up for the next few months with this terrible nausea already
Nausea is still too much it has been tough really this is my second pregnancy but it has disturbed me alot ihated my self and all time felt being alone
Could you tell me what size of Smash & Tess romper you are wearing? Can you wear it up until 40 weeks?? :) Thanks
This one is a small and I did wear it right to the end. They have a lot of stretch to them
Im struggling right now. 10weeks pregnant..extremely tired, nausea, vomiting and all..... 😞😞😞😞
@@shaniquesutherland2265 Great news! so happy to hear you are feeling better and thank you for sharing that great tip. Let us know babes name when he/she arrives 😉
This was super helpful! Thank you!
I can only stand chicken soup and only the juice and water and a sprite 😞😞😞 I feel sooooo bad
Omg I’m only 6weeks I’m ready for it to be over with
Hang in there! It is so tough!
I have been describing it to my boyfriend as like a never ending hangover. That's the only other time I have been this sick 😭
That's how I literally explained it to hubby yesterday
I described it as the way you feel when you have the flu, minus respiratory symptoms
Yes.. no one knows im pregnant except my husband.. and dealing with morning sickness at work.. sucks
It's the worst! I feel for you, hope you find some relief soon and wishing you all the best as your bring your little one into the world ❤️ you got this mama!
11 weeks and the nausea is killing me ! Barely can eat anything’s
So close to second trimester, I hope you get some relief soon!
There’s not actually ginger in most ginger ale...
Nope and that pisses me off that shit is horrible
I think it could still settle your belly. My family likes Sprite or clear soda for upset stomachs
You are absolutely right, and I'm not a pop drinker myself, but I know some mamas who found it helped still. Maybe just the nostalgic comfort.
1st trimester is terrible😪😪😖😖😰😢🙏🏾😭😭😭😣😣🙋🏾🙋🏾 im 8 weeks and im really going through it with the vomiting.
Same xxx

5 weeks and it feels really tiring already....!!🥺, I feel really tired, & always wanting to throw up almost every time 😑
I hope this ends soon anyways 🥺🤒
I’m currently week 8 and I can’t stand ginger ale and sprite 😢
The food/drink aversions can be so strong!
I can’t stand this constipation and bloating. I Feel so terrible. I’m glad I pass the morning sickness but this feeling of being bloated is killing me. 😩😩😩
