This is How to properly make a Massive Miami Cuban link chain and bracelets by hand, never casted. Fully by hand, Daniel Jewelry inc style. These Miami Cuban Link are 22mm 18k Solid gold. The entire chain bracelet is 100% hand made by the best. We do not use molds and we NEVER cast our Miami Cuban rings, chains, or bracelets. These feature Raised lettering on the box lock and crown with diamonds on the lock. This Miami Cuban Link set is Solid 18k gold all the way through, NOT Plated or Gold Filled. How do you determine how much you need to reduce the width of the wire in the draw plate when forming the links, is there a specific diameter you need to make the wire to end up with the desired width of the chain or is the final width of the chain determined by the size of the mandrill you coil the wire around?
It’s both, they have sizing charts online for that too if it’s helpful. Think about the fact that if you have a thin wire on a thick mandrel vs a thick wire on the same mandrel, the width of both links will be significantly different due to the extra width of the thicker wire.
