    I noticed the TL at 2:40 is from A21 in Paddington. That station became famous in the book Red Watch about the Worsley Hotel fire.

    What was the point of swapping the old tl to the new one ??

    • @YelpBullhorn
      @YelpBullhorn 3 года назад +5

      Because the old ones are fourteen years old and due for replacement. Plus their engines do not meet the tough low emissions requirement to operate in the capital.
      Ignore all that ⬆️⬆️⬆️⬆️😂😂😂😂
      Now having watched the video in full I realise that that was not what you meant!!! Could’ve been just relieving the first crew of their duties. The end of shift sees many/all of the crews and vehicles relieved of their duties because I’m pretty sure fire brigades don’t pay overtime!

    Blame Asset co for running appliances on well past their serviceable life. Though 14 years old is not bad for an aerial in the provinces as they probably only turn out 20 times a year. Merseyside refurbished and remounted a number of ALP booms on new chassis, they are close to 20 plus years old.
