Really good video. I cannot believe how polite the London emergency are. Where I in Melbourne Australia we routinely drive on the wrong side of the road at speed to get to incidents. We never bother waiting at traffic lights we always go around stationary traffic. Also that’s a pathetic little hose for such a tall ladder truck. All our fire appliances can pump out over 500 gallons of water per minute. At very high pressure.
All UK pumping appliances exceed 500 gpm. The TL's and ALP's have pumps and are accompanied by a support appliance. In this fire there appeared to be a supply problem. The throw did pick up later.
@John Walker Yup! if this had to happen in where i live (i actually live in India) i would think that half the people would have been killed or even worse the whole building would have collapsed, because of the heavy traffic and traffic jams and the unruly drivers on Indian roads...... but i am very glad that everyone, including the fire rescue guys and gals were safe.....
