The Soviet Union was a capitalist state oligarchy run by dictators. Capitalism still existed but instead of private owners profiting the state collected all the profits. Communism has never existed on earth in recorded history. Under communism everything is owned by the people, not the state. You should learn the definition of words before you use them in your book titles
