The Barcelona music scene amazes us again - Magali, Eva, Monne, Rita, Joana, Elia, Alba , Andrea, and so many others - the world is watching and thanks you all.
Magali you are showing your true potential for being a great international artist, unique voice, great bass playing and now you are writing your own stuff. Well done - keep expanding your horizons!
Magalí: You're a JOY to watch and listen to. A marvelous all-around musician. I follow you!. Best regards from yours truly a multiinstrumentalist jazz performer and composer arranger from Asunción, Paraguay. 🎹🇪🇬 Carlos Schvartzman
Magalí you truly “nailed” this unusual but beautiful song, on the head. I feel that you are exploring a unique sound which i truly admire. Great tune with a tight lazy-swingin’ backing plus that amazing bluesy voice of yours. Just fantastic folks! Enjoy/Dig/Cheers!
Impresionante voz y ejecución, reafirmando cada vez mas lo mostrado en la SAJB. La canción es simplemente genial, músicos excelentes. Una actuación increíble,
MAGALI, NUESTROS SALUDOS Y FELICITACIONES... ¡UN EXTRAORDINARIO TEMA!, ¡SU VOZ E INTERPRETACIÓN, LLENA DE TALENTO!, LAS CUERDAS LE DAN UN NUEVO SABOR, FINO, SENSACIONAL; CON LA BATERÍA, HACEN UN MARCO AFORTUNADO PARA SU TRABAJO... MI COMENTARIO, UN POCO FUERA DE TIEMPO, UN AÑO DE RETRASO...
Just throwing it out there... Beautiful song performed and Epic vocals from Magali! Just thinking that there are some wonderful lyrical synonyms to replace the F-Bombs for the enjoyment of the masses. Musical history acknowledges that.
Fnckiug fantastic piece. Don't mind those worried about the language. Set to a string quartet it makes your point perfectly. Your unique voice, intelligent delivery and musical inventiveness will find a space. You need to guest with folks like Oques Grasses, or Guillem Roma to freshen their musical palettes. Write stuff for others, maybe? Love Des de la Cuina. You got range.
Hello, Magali. Just seeing this video for the first time. FYI---you have enormous respect, and fans who love you, literally around the world. Your style is unique and adorable. Please PLEASE find some other adjective to express frustration or resentment in your great songs. You don't need the f-word and it tends to put you and your huge talent into the same category with those who can do only that kind of thing. You have a glowing future---I HOPE YOU GET TO THE US SOON.
Judging by her lyrics, I get the impression that Magali feels some resentment or unhappiness about her time in the Joan Chamorro school, as if she didn't enjoy learning how to play and sing jazz. She seems rather bitter here (and dropping the f-bomb sort of reinforces that). Am I mistaken? Does anyone know if she has rejected mainstream jazz by now?
Garry Berman My impression is of a certain crisis in college rather then in SAJB. The good thing is that apparently she overcome this. And if I would allowed to add, I think every musician in some point has a crisis. I remember few when I was a kid and later on. Eventually I believe that music prevails and since Magali is music she won too. Something I wanted to say to her before in person...
Not sure it’s the resentment studying with Joan. I suggest it was the best training she could have experienced. None of the other students have played out the F-Bombs;that is Joan did not teach her that. If there’s resentment, it’s because she is not receiving the same notoriety she received with Joan, since he “broke the plate”! My guess she is just experimamenting
Most of the following comments are right on, however, I have two items that may mean something to someone. One: Did dropping the "F" bomb really do anything positive for the song (or you for that matter) and two: the camera work is probably the worse I have ever seen on one of you works. Magali, you are far far better that that piece.

Lyrics pls
Porque sin mensaje el arte no es arte.
Decile eso a Frank Zappa, o al resto de los instrumentalistas.

Felicitats!
Reminiscent of John Lennon's early post- Beatles writing. Completely honest, yet inventive.

MAGALI REGRESSES TO PUBERTY AND TITLES THE SONG "WHAT I WANT ...WHAT THE F....." :( :( :( WAY DOWN....
I unfortunately don't like the new 'talkie' parts
