The most difficult part is to extract all the details from the plates, matchmove and make sure nothing is sliding. painting out cameras and props is not a big issue, but lining up everything, and matching defocus, can be very painful. This is one of my favorite films in relatively recent times, I wish I was working on this show.

This is astounding work! I watched the film just for the impressive VFX.
I think this is one of the most underrated sci-fi movies ever. I was disappointed it didn't do better at the box office.
