Most diner-style diners in the US originate from New Jersey style diners, and "disco fries" (gravy, mozz, fries) is a super common offering at every NJ-style diner across the country.
The stockport county pie is an award winning pie and is one of the best pies in the country. The peas and mash are standard but nice. The "grease" Gravy doesn't look great and can be abit watery some times but it's still decent and you can ask for a pie on its own and it's cheaper but you can ask for any combination. We also have about 5 different pie flavours I know this because I spend £5 every week as I'm a Stockport County season ticket holder
Last season I used to work at hibs serving and “cooking” at the food kiosks and honestly the burgers were grim. Fkns what it’s like this season tho they sacked everyone and got a company in to make the food. 3/10 not a fun but the pies were unreal
Wasn't expecting to do this today but here we are: History Lesson on Buffalo sauce: It is credited to being invented by Teressa Bellissimo, Owner of Anchor Bar, in 1964 in Buffalo, NY. Buffalo Sauce is a Cayene pepper based hot sauce with butter and (usually) a white wine vinegar reduction. As well as sometimes other ingriedients such as garlic powder and Worcestershire suace. It gets its richness from the emulsification of the butter whilst simmering on the heat and its zing from the acid in the vinegar. Recipe I use: Add about 1/3 block of butter to heavy based pan and melt on medium heat when bubbling add about 1tbsp of white wine vinegar, along with 2-3 tbsp cayene pepper (depends how hot you like it) and 1 1/2 tsp of chill flakes. ( This is also the point you can but other ingredients in such as garlic powder etc.. ) when all melted and emulsified reduce to low heat add a bottle of good quality bbq sauce (you can make your own or just be lazy. I usually use Heinz) leave to simmer for 5-10 mins then add salt to taste. can be stored in the fridge for up to 3-4 days or if cooled frozen will last in the freezer for up to 1 month.
Alot of it because Americans earn more and it's just makes the price look shit but it's average price over there. Pretty sure most beer in stadiums over there are like $12 - $15
I've worked my way back with these and I wish to know what changed your hotdog to bun ratio opinion because in more recent videos you expressed preference for hotdog being longer than bun 🤔
hey ease up on the American slander, not all of us are uncultured fools lol after all I am watching your channel. Clearly I am a man of culture and substance!
thanks ciaran. watching this on the toilet
this is the exact target audience I'm aiming for
Me too
Lol same
Same 😅

the man who doesn't like many foods ranking food. Class
You should do a series where you go around the country trying the food served at football clubs . That would be class.
but plot twist: it's only food he doesn't like, or hasn't tried.
@@ImKingKota plot twist: thats everything
The one at stockport county is amazing value for money and the "layer of grease" is gravy

Oooohh, I would like to see another one of these Ciaran!

Also watching this on the toilet, love the content 😊
Ooooh I would to see another one please Ciarán
If this isn’t followed up with a St Albans Vlog for those waffles I’m unsubbing
Honestly Ciaran has slowly became one of my favourite RUclipsrs, never fails to make me piss myself laughing, criminally underrated
Oh I’d like to see another one of these Ciaran
Mental that my wee club’s badge is in the thumbnail of a CC vid. Life complete
Thanks Ciaran. Eating my digestives. May I request premier league Scran?
happy easter!! 💗
Happy Easter!
Pompey do some howling food mate. Would love you on the podcast!!
Ciarán: I don't like (insert here)
Me: (visible shock)
$32 is criminal
That cheeseburger is more criminal

as a season ticket holder at Hibernian fc I can solidly agree with your statement
5:55 heart attack on a bun lol
Anything more than £3.50 is too much. A dry burger with a patty and a square bit of fake cheese should not be anymore than that.
£3.50 your not getting much for that then 😂
I've worked my way back with these and I wish to know what changed your hotdog to bun ratio opinion because in more recent videos you expressed preference for hotdog being longer than bun 🤔
Guy called razzamataza does this daily if anyone wants more of this
You should do a go and try the places where you'd scran it ...
buffalo sauce is half frank's red hot sauce and half melted butter
Keep it up. I like these videos
The hibs pies are banging tho.
I’m a hibs fan and that ain’t the burger we sell we don’t sell bacon and we do have sauce
Newmarket is my local team and I'm telling you the burgers are amazing !!!
Ciran, you should see the sticky korean chicken and chips from Sunderland only £5
Breakfast with the boi
Buffalo sauce is like the vanilla ice-cream of sauces imo
As a Hibs fan I can confirm the burgers aren't good, at all
Yeah would never buy one at Easter Road
You are right Ketchup/red sauce is disgusting
Noo they’ve done Stockport county dirty the Balti pie on its own is the best🥺🥺
Another pleaseeeee
bold of New Jersey Devils to call a less than mediocre poutine "disco fries". (Hockey team also btw not football).
You calling "ketchup" tomato sauce is a crime tbh
america isn't the only country in the world champ... tomato sauce rules supreme.
@@chadchadderton I'm not American
I have never heard anyone call ketchup, tomato sauce 😅
Tsunamis
Ciaran doing this video is so ironic because you barely like anything 😂
Have a look at hull city’s street food, it’s mega!
Fax. It's been voted best scran in the efl
doesnt eat beef and reviews burgers for 11 minutes
sorry did i hear you right you would scran that hot dog and waffle?
Did my man just casually mention he dont eat the greatest meat in the world....Beef. Come on and man up Ciaran!!
Video where ya go to St. Alban's? Rude not to
Shoutout St Albans
Its not ketchup on the hot dog waffle its strawberry jam
Missed a trick not calling it scran it or ban it
Knew this would be annoying based on your pallete and inherent bias towards bland food 😅
Wow a vile attack on my personal character I cannot believe this 🤬🤬🤬🤬
@@ciarancarlinfc the fact that I know this though…loyal viewer! So it’s kind of a compliment 🫶
Buffalo sauce is just franks red hot and butter 😉

hey ease up on the American slander, not all of us are uncultured fools lol after all I am watching your channel. Clearly I am a man of culture and substance!
