I totally agree, Archbishop Vigano is retired and has absolutely nothing to gain by his disclosure, at present 10 Attorney Generals have declared investigations into sexual abuse in the Church in the US, which is distressing enough but to find out this cancer has spread throughout the World and the Pope knew about it and is remaining silent makes me sad. in a way it does not surprise me with some of his past statements, ie Atheists can get into Heaven despite Our Lord saying if anyone denies me before men I will deny him before my Father.

Viganò’s most recent letter rings true to me. It was extremely disappointing to have Pope Francis refuse to comment on Viganò’s first testimony. Then, to have numerous additional allegations of sexual impropriety being raised about Clergy (Germany, West Virginia, etc), I became even more concerned. However, the Vatican agreement with the Chinese Government put me over the top and I became convinced that Pope Francis was no longer working for the benefit of the Church. Now, Viganò’s as most recent letter just confirms for me that the Pope has lost his way. The pertinent conflict now for me (and many other Catholics) is how do we remain true to our faith while believing that the Pope is working to destroy her?! I will continue my fasting, Rosary, daily Mass, etc. offering each up for the Church. I will begin to incorporate the Saint Michael Prayer, God Bless!

As Catholics, our Faith is in Christ, not HIs hierarchy. Jesus will bring more good out of this evil.
There have been evil popes before, but the Church still stands. You can still pray for him and acknowledge him as the Pope, and be obedient to his orders (unless they are contrary to the good of the Church or otherwise sinful) while still acknowledging the man's flaws. The slippery slope of the modernist errors in Vatican II are bearing their rotten fruits today, but this won't last forever! The gates of Hell will not prevail against the Church! In the meantime, you might consider seeking out a parish serviced by the priests of the Society of Saint Pius X - they are not sedevacantist, they honor the Pope as we all should as the valid successor of Peter, but they refused to agree to make the modernist changes that would harm the Church (and now we can all see that their civil disobedience was justified!) Their Masses and sacraments are valid, and the only reason the Church says that they are not in full communion is that they will not say the new Mass. (My hot take is that Rome doesn't want to let them in, because they'd do so much good and spoil the evil plans of the corrupted hierarchy.) Anyway The SSPX has so much to offer a soul striving for holiness, it's worth looking intl. Have never understood the “ worship and popularity “ of the pope. We can go directly to God.,Our Father,. Through Jesus Christ who suffered and died on our behalf. All we have to do is believe in and choose to follow Christ each and every day. Yes, we still sin and fall short but we seek out Christ for forgiveness and he’s our intercession to God. The Vatican has covered up so many sexual and abusive treatment on children through out many years. Yes other religions have to but not to the scope as the Catholic Church.

If you look deeper into this and Vigano and given testimony from people in Argentina about Jorge Burgoglia it seems Vigano’s testimony is legitimate. He has nothing to gain from this and everything to lose. Francis however has everything to lose from these allegations yet he remains silent and plays the victim. There are also Bishops and prelates that know AB Vigano and have testified to his dignity and honor. Given the condition of the Church not only in America but around the world these allegation seems to blow lid off the homosexual agenda rampant in Holy Mother Church and the cover up that has taken place. There’s a concerted effort to drive traditional and conservative priests out of the Church and many diocese in America, I’m not sure if it is that way in other countries but I have heard about this happening here. I'm so confused. I have people defending our Pope through everything. Priests, Deacons, good Catholics. My heart tells me our Pope is misleading and confusing many Catholics. Ecclesia xx The Faithful allowed this via their (our) widespread acceptance of contraception and other errors and heresies. Contraception feeds into the other errors, such as consumerism -- we could afford nice things if we don't have as many kids, right? By embracing contraception, we embrace sterility. And so God abandons us to our sins, and gives us sterile clergy who do not produce spiritual children for the Church. This is what popped into my head as soon as I heard the news in August, and then I heard a homily on RUclips where a priest said exactly that very thing. So it's not my thoughts alone, and not solely the thoughts of that priest, but, I believe, from the Holy Spirit. And it's Scriptural. That's why we must do penance in reparation for the sins of the Church and of the clergy. Christianity isn't an individualistic religion -- we are all part of the Body of Christ. When one member is diseased, it affects the whole Church. We must all sacrifice so the Body might be healed.
Ah, the Humanae Vitae connection. I hadn't thought of that, and am not convinced as yet it is a prime factor in abuse cases we're seeing now, but it is an intriguing idea. Do you have a link to that homily? If not, that's fine (I don't keep tabs on videos I've watched either).

Vigano is proving himself to be the greatest statesman of the Church. The Pope can't accept the fact that the cult of personality he and his handlers have created for himself is being destroyed. Now, I am not suggesting the Holy Father is evil, but he is indeed very proud. If he had true humility, he would answer to these charges and he certainly would not demonize a holy person such as Archbishop Vigano.

Appreciate what you've done with your life Matt because you are so relatable for young Catholics like my grandchildren. I love the fact that you, Patrick Coffin and so many others including Raymond Arroyo on EWTN can be relied on for truthful analysis of what's going on. Bishop Vigano is acting like a Saint and well may be martyred for his courageous honesty. Wish he would have brought all this to light earlier than after the McCarrick stuff broke but we can't know all the intrigue, I guess, that goes on in Rome. My heart hurts over all this yet I'm comforted that we have mighty foot soldiers like you & many of the lay apologists; Cardinal Burke & some others & of course His Excellency Bishop Vigano. "Be not afraid" & also refer to JPII's speech in US in 1976--very prophetic of these times.
The boat is a beautiful image for this situation. I hope it’s true that this will mean the next generations will be truer to the faith. I know so many Catholics who put their politics before their faith or their loyalty on ideas contrary to the Church, like abortion and homosexuality. I can only hope that the scandals and the attacks on the Church’s image will eliminate this lukewarmth by forcing them to choose between the Church and the world. Only those truly loyal to Christ will endure the storm of abuse.

I am not a Catholic. I am a Bible-believing Christian who is thanking God for the realization that within the Catholic Church there are true Believers such as Cardinal Vigano, who are ready to give their life for the truth of the Gospel and their love for Christ. My heart is encouraged. I am praying for all true Believers, wherever they are found, those who hear their Master's voice and follow, no matter the cost. May God give you strength.
I wait, I watch, I read, and I pray. Who is this man of God who refuses to address his own flock but protects soulless filth. Innocent believers fall prey to the sanctity of the Church he freely violates. Shameless sinners stand on His alter and hold the body of Christ and distribute their filth. I pray for discernment of spirits so I can refuse the Eucharist violated by these disciples of Satan. How can these priests/bishops/cardinals look anyone in the face? Ecclesia xx I'd use caution regarding Church Militant. Michael Voris is in my archdiocese, and he is as disobedient to the bishop as the other side. His main message is important, but it gets lost in his inflammatory attacks, some of them very unfair. There is strong orthodoxy in the Archdiocese of Detroit, but to hear Voris talk, it's a cesspool. The home of Ven. John Hardon! And of Father Joe Esper! And of lesser-known priests who are solid and faithful to Tradition. It was not long after receiving a blessing from a Detroit priest in his first year of ordination that God caused me to experience a dramatic conversion where I suddenly saw all the errors I had embraced, and recognized the full truth of the Church's teachings. But according to Voris, the AOD is too rotten for God to give us living saints.

Infallibility only applies when the Pope speaks ex Cathedra .... outside of that his teaching IS NOT infallible ....Praise God for Vigano's faithfulness and he is in my prayers along with the prayers for those who are corrupt to be reconciled to God ... I have to admit I have been wondering this past week what happened to Cardinal Ouellet for him to do a 180 degree turn i..... what is written here is pretty much what I thought .... the corrupt ones (Rosica and friends) got to him .....it's all SO very sad ..

You are also lost for believing that good deeds get you to heaven and the demand to keep all the commandments, which is IMPOSSIBLE, yet your church teaches it. BALONEY! (CCC 16, 1821, 2068).

Thank you for your video. I am in the midst of multiple Novenas, prayers and soul searching as to how to respond to this situation. By my calendar I will have a response by mid November. (Seems like an eternity from now.) This tragedy is very painful for me as a Catholic raising my three children in the church and as a friend to a classmate that was abused as a 13 year old in the 1980s and a family friend of another young man that was victimized in the 1990s. 🙏

Learn the limited conditions when Popes are infallible. Papalism and Papalotry of the last 100 years coming from a misunderstanding of doctrine of Papal infallibility is a great problem.
The 2nd Vatican council was just a pastoral council. No new infallible doctrines were promulgated by the council. Bishop Schnieder also speaks of the ridicules 'infalliabalisation' of the 2nd Vatican Council.
Read the prophecy of Ann Catherine Emmerich of such a Pope as this. It's good to Google ' Emmerich and 1 Peter 5 blog'. They have a good article.
Don't worry, many like us have been aware of this Pope and his devious attempts to subvert Catholic faith. Informed Catholics were well aware of his double speak, hypocrisy,and Saint 'acting' of this Pope. If you had been reading authentic Catholic websites you would have known all along. This Pope is an apostate. Vigano's letters have been a relief for us due to the that others are also coming to understand what we knew all along.
The truth is a good portion of Catholics in both Americas and Europe are in apostasy.
Learn more about the Arian heresy(rather apostasy) of the 4 th century when the positions of authority were taken over by Arians from around the middle 320s to the beginning of the 370 AD. And how the real Church( the communion of authentic Catholic believers) went underground. Bishop Athanasius Schneider a world respected theologian speaks about this and the parallel of this to our present time. Google that.
If you diligently go through this you would understand that your prayers and novenas are already being answered.
Maybe the 4th Secret of Fatima of Antonio Socci is a good book. Also the prophecies of Our Lady of good success. Wind swept house maybe a good book to read as well.
We have now apostates in many high offices. But don't worry hold strong to the 'Deposit of Faith' handed down by the apostles as the Catholics did in the 4th century during the Arian apostasy. If possible pray all the four mysteries daily by meditating on the mysteries. Rosary is our weapon of combat. Meditate on the Word of God.

This is one of the hardest times of the Church. As in Vigano's letter and as you mentioned in the video, it is hard to see through this storm and trust that our Lord has full control. I only pray Pope Francis will see his fault in ignoring this painful wound of the Church, and I take comfort in the fearlessness of Vigano. May he continue to fight for this Church of ours.

Thank you, this letter resonates with me, I share the pain and suffering of which Vigano speaks, my instinct is not to wish good on Pope Francis, but I am reminded that loving is to will the good of the other even our enemies, which sadly I feel Pope Francis is one.

This apostate Church is going to canonize Paul VI a proven homosexual and one of the main parties in bringing down the Church. To learn more of John Paul II read: Peter, Lovest Thou Me? by Abbe Daniel Le Roux. He never even tried to convert his best friend, a Jew, to the Catholic faith! He supported the U.N. a communist organization and many other things that would shock most ill-informed Catholics. Benedict said the Jews have their own covenant and don't need conversion contradicting Christ's own words! How can anyone forget JP2 presiding over that blasphemous ecumenical "prayer meeting"?
There is a ton of stuff condemning both JP2 and Benedict. While in the throes of the homosexual scandal antipope Francis has just handed over faithful Catholics in China to the Communist party. The communist party has been given the right to choose which bishops are allowed to serve in communist China! But Francis was only completing what was started by John Paul II and Benedict. In the third secret of Fatima it is foretold among other things -- according to Cardinal Ciappe who was privy to it -- that the great apostasy in the Church begins at the top. That was Vatican II called by Freemason Roncalli (John XXIII) and carried out by every "pope" since.

I agree it is very powerful. Viganò sounds very humble here. When you uttered Viganò's words "I urge you to bear witness to the truth!" I was hit with how deeply hurt I am by this deafening silence. It adds insult to injury. And I feel this is something we can cry out together in one voice. I turn the question "Do you not care that we are about to die?" around to our modern day apostles, our priests, bishops, and pope. In this time of testing if we fail what will be the consequences? What poor souls will be lost? It is for them, out of love, that we must fight the good fight. If I may add a link to a recent homily by Fr. Lankeit, rector of my parish Ss. Simon and Jude Cathedral in Phoenix. He exhorts, in the words of Archbishop Fulton Sheen, "It is up to you, the laity to remind our priests to be priests and our bishops to be bishops." I encourage anyone to listen to this and his many inspiring homilies. I cannot express how much they have and continue to impact my life. And he speaks out vehemently on our current crisis. Claribella I believe most of the priests are blinkered when it comes to Francis. He has them deceived. All I'm hearing from the altar and pulpit is" take example from Francis the imitator of Francis of Assisi" We're not being told he said not to obsess about abortion or homosexuality. Or that Islam is a peaceful religion. Certainly not anything about. archbishop Vigano's letters etc. I believe Francis is the one Saint Francis himself mentioned on his deathbed.. the non canonically elected destroyer.
May the truth about this crisis in the Church come to fore before it is too late. Abp. Vigano is indeed on God's side and so are we, Divine Mercy devotees from the Philippines. May all who fight on God's side rally behind the Blessed Mother and pray for penance and conversion. Jesus I trust in You.
He needs to answer. The pope needs to either admit and repent or prove Vigano is wrong. Either way this will hurt the faithful the longer the cloud of secrecy looms. Personally since I have been following the filth within the Church for a while and I believe Vigano.
Thank you for this video. It is absolutely disgusting and sinful for Pope Francis to be indulging in a malicious silence that hurts God, The Truth, Cardinal Vigano, all sexual abuse victims and all the People of God who seek to love and follow God with a sincere and pure heart.
The evidence is stacked, piled high. In my mind, Pope Francis should have addressed these massively important and urgent intentional evil homosexual (and even just general sexual) abuses and coverups of various kinds and degrees within the clergy *right away!!* The fact that he didn't and that he has only called for a meeting of prominent clergymen in February of 2019 (which was *_6 months away_* at the time) indicates that his intent remains to wait this out and let time slowly bury this issue into forgetfulness. In other words, he either seems to need time to discern how to most effectively resolve this issue, he knows of some future event that will make light of this current event, or he just plainly thinks time will do it's thing and this, too, will pass. I am hoping it's either of the first two, because if it's the latter, I think he will be proven to have been sorely mistaken. This isn't going away and it needs to be addressed ... *_properly_* (like several other issues), for the sake of all souls, both within and outside of the still and ever Holy Catholic Church.
I do love Vigano's urging on for us laity though: that, regardless of whatever does or doesn't happen, we are to keep trusting in Jesus.
I personally keep hearing Jesus reminding me, referring to His Church, that, "... the gates of hell will not prevail against it ...". So, regardless, let's pray for the Pope, for the Church (all of us believers), and let's keep our eyes fixed on Jesus, trusting fully and completely in Him ... for we know that, in spite of all other variables and confusion that we may be subjected to, He and His eternal and love for us, always have been, are, and will be ... constant and true. I think this is not a matter of who is right or whether Pope Francis should enter a public discussion with his accuser.
I think the most important and tragic thing is that the unity and health of the Church founded by Jesus is not OK and we should be praying, asking Our Mother to save and guide the Church. If it is God's will Pope Francis will talk. Until then we should be praying.

Cardinal Vigano is absolutely right in encouraging Pope Francis to come forward and to admit that our church has not been always truthful about some of the behavior of the shepherds in our church. Thanks very much for this Matt, I don't think I would have bothered to read the letter myself, but I think I will now, if not but to see the image of Jesus asleep in the boat! A very beautiful and timely reminder of who really is in charge, despite the person at the helm here on earth. It is also timely that we are in the month of the rosary, and have just celebrated the feastday of St Therese of Lisieux whose 'little way' the church would do well to re-learn right now. And we the laity have to do the same, small acts maybe, but with love and with the force of truth.
