Stayed here last August with my partner and we both agreed the hotel was awesome. Fantastic location and service was great too.

fab hotel been 4 times and going again. great food, great service, clean and tidy. great location and rooms fab and friendly staff. only downside is all inclusive have to pay extra for some cocktails
Stayed in the Agua Azul last May for our 1st visit to Benidorm watching your video and boy it didn't disappoint...fantastic hotel...rooms very clean and spacious.
Food was brilliant and the staff were very attentive and friendly.
Enjoyed it so much booked May 2025 as soon as we got home.

We waren vorige week in hotel Agua Azul , we hebben er super van genoten . Propere kamer , lekker eten , Zowel personeel als de directie waren super vriendelijk . Zelfs op de white party deden ze mee in de ambiance , nog nergens meegemaakt ! 19 Oktober volgend jaar komen we zeker terug Groetjes ... De fam. Boerjan

Hi Lucy, stayed here 2 years ago and really liked the hotel and the service, going to Benidorm again in the summer and it was a no brainer booking the Agua Azul
Staying here in September for my 60th ,really looking forward to it .
Been here many times lovely hotel the staff are very experienced and polite. The food is high quality as are the drinks. My favourite in Benidorm. There is a nice little quiet sunbathing place at the back of the hotel facing the park for late afternoon sun.
I stayed here in 1974 at the age of 11, I loved that swimming pool!

Hi Lucy I have been to Benidorm many times & stayed in many different hotels around the resort over the yrs - but like everything hotels change they maybe change fr SC to AI hotel / management changes/ mobility changes / etc the list is endless -So Lucy & Team keep the videos coming in order that people like me & thousand of others( judging by your subscribers) can keep up with the good work by passing on your local knowledge regarding changes & spanish protocol

I stay there last year I was amazing at all the other hotels I stay in this is the best hotel I ever stay in spaces rooms good food very friendly staff and very modern I Definitely come back to this hotel
We stayed there at the end of March and it was fabulous! We stayed B&B coz we wanted to eat and drink out later in the day, but breakfast was fabulous. The layout and facilities were perfect. Rooms were great. Staff helpful and friendly. If I was to stay again I'd probably opt for a "pool view" room as our room next to the road on the other side was extremely noisy at night
I've stayed there twice, i was on my own & booked a single but was given a double both times. It was spotlessly clean, the rooms were really well set out. The food was excellent, with pretty decent wine & great bar drinks. Great location for pottering around in the old town & the beach was so close too. I would recommend it to anyone.
Only stayed here once but loved it, one of our best experiences. Would definitely return.

Coming to Benidorm for the very 1st time in July. I had originally booked the Bali but began to have serious second thoughts having read some really negative recent reviews on Trip Advisor. Thankfully Jet2 allowed me to change the hotel to this hotel without having to cancel & rebook. It is costing a bit more and I was a little tempted to take the AI option but went 1/2 board as I think there is a tendency to stay in the hotel to get the best value when you go AI. At the end of the day I want to see Benidorm. Your video has totally reassured me that I have made a wise decision and that I have chosen the right hotel. Looking forward to exploring the old town where I think I will probably spend most evenings, but will have to wander into the new town as well just for the hell of it (I'm 55 and prefer a quite life now haha). I stayed there when it was first done up think around 8 year ago don’t know exact but it was great the rooms are good and the walk in showers are brilliant the food was okay the entertainment wasn’t all that but the best part was the staff they was fantastic
Great hotel, we stayed here last August nice food friendly staff, great location and a good class of guests. We are booked to go back again this August.

Hi Lucy I have stay Agua Zul hotel before it was my first time I went on holiday to Benidorm and I been to Benidorm twice but the first time stay old town and second I stay at the new town I hope to go back to Benidorm next year.

I've stayed there twice on my own, and booked as a single but had a lovely double room at the same price as they gave for a single

@@Frank-. not as far as i remember. I booked as a single person, & i was expecting a single room, but both times they gave a me a dbl room with no change to the price. It was booked as a package so i dont know if it makes a difference if u book direct

I loved this hotel have stayed a few times , but I'm not over keen on the bathroom layout with that glass partition and small wet room ...other than that it's a great hotel .
A pity more of the hotels don't do single room!

Unfortunately its illegal to fly drones around Benidorm . Cant fly within 100 meters of a building or over one , cant fly over the beach, and a huge fine if you do up to 50,000 euros
@@benidormstuff3337 Hi Lucy according to the AESA its legal to fly a drone in Spain but i must follow local regulations, ie
i must have a EU drone licence which i have, and i must have public liability insurance to cover me while im in any EU country which i have,
the cover is up to 25 Million pounds, And i would never fly over uninvolved people and would keep the drone out at sea, but thank you for
replying to my question, keep making your great videos we love to watch them 👍.
@@Steve53 i think thats the difference between amature and licenced im not to clear on the details but it gets confusing with the 349g thing its stoped me flying my drone any where near benidorm. btw im not lucy im the cameraman and editer but would like to know your take on drone stuff

Just wondering we are coming in July 14 of us all family adults and kids we are booked to stay at rosimar hotel but I'm reading on here that it's not opening and that they might transfer to flash hotel that being adults only tried travel agents and easyjet they dont know any info wood be appreciated gra

I have just had a 3 week stay at this hotel and I’m sorry I don’t get it!
Yes it’s lovely and clean, great location, nice pool etc but here are the things that are not so good.
The hotel is understaffed, don’t get me wrong they are lovely people but just look knackered all the time.
They all have walkie talkies plugged into their ears and add in the uniform they wear they look like prison officers.
The clearing of breakfast plates etc was very slow and a lot of the guests had to clear a table to get a seat.
The entertainment area is way to echoey for the acts (which were not the best).
Food was ok but same old same old and after a while it was boring.
The hotel lacked atmosphere it felt a bit like they had gone to far with the minimalism (more prison vibe than hotel)
It says no stag or hen parties but at the weekend that is what was there. Smoking at the pool, being very loud and making a mess, the downside to all inclusive.
Won’t be booking there again and will return to the lovely RH Victoria just along the road from it which was fully booked hence me staying here.
We satay here every october been 8 times now and coming again this october no way is this the best hotel. The food is shite the entertainment is double shite the rooms are ok dont like the glass see through toilet doors ok for perverts but we love the hotel so keep coming back. Lol peace
Stayed there last June, brilliant room , was all inclusive, sorry no way again, never got to pool in 14 days. Massive complaints went in , usual people every day had beds at pool , joke. They paid staff for beds was a fcukin farce. Kicked off every morning , because as I said same people towels on beds, plus beers and shorts shite 😊
