Nice video, a lot of used Jags have scuffed leather steering wheels, so good to know you can replace them quite easily. I've got a question, do you know where the "black box" is located that connects to the airbag?
Is Re-fitting the air bag connections the reverse to removal, ie plug in grey plug first. Also did you disconnect the battery first before removal. Cheers.
My ignition lock cylinder is messed up. I bought a new one from the dealer, but I can't turn my key to in order to push a pin in the release hole. If If remove the steering wheel, will I somehow how have access to remove the barrel.
Please visit and ask any questions through the website www.diagnostic-world.com/
I would suggest disconnecting the battery first to avoid any possible air bag disasters.
You can remove the Dash part, without taking steering wheel off
Thanks for sharing mate, very helpful vid
PLEASE make the music go away, it is so very distracting.
