I have this chair, backrest installation was very difficult for this chair. my honest rating for this chair is 3.5/5

No it's actually easy. You just need to follow exact order. First attach the back rest and then put the whole sit on hydrolic mechanism. In this video these guys has not followed the order that's why it looks difficult.
@@UnorthodoxFellow we did it in order then detached because the 🔩 nut bolts where not at exact place 😅

Installation of backrest need some extra strength, rest of the assembly was pretty smooth.
Coming to the comfort of the chair its been only a day I am using but yeah it’s quite comfortable and can completely fulfil the purpose of long hours sitting.
Head rest is perfectly designed.
Will keep you posted after spending some time using it.
