@@cringeconnoisseur6037 Nah, peashooter is the worst shot, I can't think of a single phase in the game, where peashooter is the optimal weapon, meanwhile there are atleast some phases where lobber or chaser are the best. And if you want a weapon that's just decent against the whole fight, not caring about a specific phase, roundabout is better at that, so peashooter isn't even the best weapon to fill that role, meaning there is, imo, never a good reason to bring peashooter in a fight if you have the other weapons.

Here’s a tip glumstones for second phase: You can tell the angle of the beanbag because of the height of the puppets. If one is high and one is low, the ball will go not too far before bouncing up. Middle for both is a middle for the bag, the high and low thing works in vice versa.
This is why I think Lobber and Twist-Up are by FAR the worst weapons in the game. Chaser and Peashooter may be weaker, and Spreads range might not be the best, but the other two are FAR too situational.
To be fair to Lobber, it works better than Peashooter if the enemy isn't airborne. Although in that case Roundabout or Charge are probably better options.
Twist-Up is just as good as spread, both of them are the strongest weapons in the game but only when all shots connect, so they’re situational. Lobber is still better than both chaser and converge because of damage, converge is literally weaker than peashooter even when all 3 shots connect so it’s nearly useless. Neither of them are the worst in the game, but when they’re bad they’re REALLY bad. Edit: I think I fucked up the damage values

Twist-up is definitely one of the harder weapons to use. Not only all your shots are now 45 degrees off, your direction when shooting up/down also matters.

The only iffy part is the final phase but its simple enough with twist up Moonshine Mob having twist up as the worst shot us laughable, in phase 1 you can easily do a lot of damage with it by either A aiming downwards or just simply being at a lower level + it kills the flies if they are directly in front of you, the only thing it cant do the best is the caterpillar attack but thats it. The 2nd phase is a joke no matter what shot you use, although its a little annoying with twist up, the final phase is also a joke with twist up, the nose is at the angle you need for twist up to hit lol, the final surprise is the only hardish part of it with twist up Glumstones first phase is def not meant for twist up, I wont argue there. But the 2nd phase is at the perfect angle for it, it was almost designed to be used there for that reason, and during the final phase it is more then usable there, its ideal. Howling aces, you can only really use twist up during the first phase and kinda the final phase if your looking straight up, dont really recommend using it here Salt baker, you can use twist up during his first phase but... Don't, your already focusing on so much and trying to find out how to angle it when hes moving all over the place is not worth it at all, It can help you against phase 2 if you want to go for the top pepper shakers but eh, much better just to go for the bottom ones. Its completely fine against phase 3 but no one needs help on phase 3 so cant really count it there, and phase 4 is absolute shit at. Bonus, the devil and angel fight you could potentially do okay in there with it as well Conclusion: Twist up is a really good weapon that only not useful against 2 of the new dlc bosses, and these bosses are all in the top 10 hardest bosses (except maybe glumstone) in the entire game, and people treat the weapon like its bad when it can help a lot against a majority of the dlc bosses, which is what it was made for. It could potentially help in some main game bosses, main one coming to my mind is the pirate captain dude, but there's probably more I'm missing Twist Up is being downplayed to death in this video, its a really good weapon, top 5 in the game
@@MonikaLover charge can do the things that you mentioned but better and is a straight shot and you can focus on doging instead of aiming. a lot of the time you can use twist but its probably more worth it to just use charge and some other shot To counter some phases since charge is very versatile, for twist it is not good for every phase and that's a problem for s ranks since you have to have consistent damage you usually can't bring crack or splitter since twist doesn't pair good with it also since twist doesn't go well with most phases you probably should go splitter instead
The range is awful, worse than spreadshot even, the damage is horrendous unless every baby tornado hits the boss (but thanks to the chaotic DLC Bosses with their insane amounts of attacks and minions, you won't get this chance often), and the fact that you have to aim UP just for this weapon to work somewhat well is annoying as well. I like the idea of twist up but in execution with the insane dlc bosses and it's atrocious stats, it's the 3rd worst weapon in the game following Lobber and Chaser
You need like....REALLY good aim control and focus to use twist up properly on horizontal bosses,so it's really only good for bosses where you can camp a spot for an extended period of time before switching to your other weapon when you have to move a lot

Lobber is actually really good, mostly on bosses with big hitboxes, or that are underneath you or not moving directly above you. The best part about using it is its damage rate. It can get a phase over quick.

I have a challenge! You can use Chaser which does tiny little damage with twin heart which decreases the damage by 10% and i want you to do it on expert! if you ever accept this then good luck.
8:31 this used to be me when I faced djimmi, Id always take a heart in his second phase no matter what. I literally had to build my strat around being derived one heart for the 3rd phase and beyond.

The real torture was the fact that you didn't know how the twist-up properly work. if you point up, it goes horizontally. point up while facing away from the boss to hit it dead on.

A tip for the second phase of Glumstone: I am 99% sure the ball won’t hit you if you are relatively close to either of the hands. Only problem is that objects in the foreground will block sight of any gnomes coming up from underneath you
I'm pretty sure people say twist up is a bad shooter, Just because they don't know how use It. For bootlegger it's the best shooter, but no one knows they can block and point at down right/left to shoot an enemy in front of you. The ex move Is perfect to Kill the Minions, and to shoot the enemy when you're under him you Just point up right/left and that's It.
My internet went down and so i played a offline game to wait, i went back to the video and for a whole minute from 10:00-11:00, Happy music from the ad from the game glitched and kept playing, it was a baby song. SO THERE WAS A HAPPY BABY SONG PLAYING WHILE MAGICAT WAS DYING TO CHEF SALTBAKER. I TOOK ME THE WHOLE MINUTE TO REALISE. I LOVE IT.
I feel like all the fight he did with lobber would be a lot easier if you just jumped and shot strait into the air since the bullets stay out for pretty long and it stacks pretty big amounts of burst damge when done properly
For people who claim that twist-up is the worst weapon, trying aiming diagonally downward. Since the bullets drift upwards, they can actually hit enemies horizontally far away as long as you aim this way.
I never understood Twist-Up hate because you can just... aim with it. There are a lot of bosses in the game whose hitboxes linger at, or hover around the top of the screen, which Twist-Up is naturally really good at hitting (It also shines in a couple other fights too). For the ones that don't though, you can just lock your movement (temporarily at least, you're gonna need to move and dodge something eventually) and angle your shots so that you hit them. It's kinda like Spread, but instead of needing to constantly jump to still only hit 60% of your shots, you just need to stop and aim for a second
I'm not a man to argue, but I think Converge is best. I'll give you a list of my favorite to least favorite in a minute. Got it. 1st favorite. Converge. 2nd favorite. Crackshot. 3rd favorite. Roundabout. 4th favorite. Spread. 5th favorite. Charge up 6th favorite. Chaser 7th favorite. Peashooter. 8th favorite. Twist up. 9th favorite (last) Lobber.
The lobber is good for rumor honey bottoms when he goes into the final phase cutscene just ex attack her and you'll do some good damage for the final phase BEFORE you get to it And I beat the devil with it + king dice so it's not too bad A good combo tho is heart ring charm and the crackshot
In comparison to Lobber, I think Twist Up is great, but it vastly depends on the boss. It's awesome with nearly all of King Dice's mini bosses, but sucks ass if you use it with someone like Beppi.

I feel like all the fight he did with lobber would be a lot easier if you just jumped and shot strait into the air since the bullets stay out for pretty long and it stacks pretty big amounts of burst damge when done properly

With twist up you can aim diagonal to hit some bosses more easier lol

For people who claim that twist-up is the worst weapon, trying aiming diagonally downward. Since the bullets drift upwards, they can actually hit enemies horizontally far away as long as you aim this way.
I never understood Twist-Up hate because you can just... aim with it.
There are a lot of bosses in the game whose hitboxes linger at, or hover around the top of the screen, which Twist-Up is naturally really good at hitting (It also shines in a couple other fights too). For the ones that don't though, you can just lock your movement (temporarily at least, you're gonna need to move and dodge something eventually) and angle your shots so that you hit them.
It's kinda like Spread, but instead of needing to constantly jump to still only hit 60% of your shots, you just need to stop and aim for a second

I love lobber a lot and it helped me get so many A ranks and achievements but not as much as roundabout

Oh I actually completed this challenge, honestly wasn't too bad except for phase 1 Chef Saltbaker

I have no idea how this is only the second hardest Cuphead challenge i've seen.
Lobber is made for Grim and Rumor, thats it
The tornadoes seem the best against the dlc bosses
The best weapon tho against every single boss is crack shot, this weapon is just so darn good

lol goopy almost got minions (they wouldve been like the bothersome blueberries in forest follies) for his final phase but they screapped it
The lobber is good for rumor honey bottoms when he goes into the final phase cutscene just ex attack her and you'll do some good damage for the final phase BEFORE you get to it
And I beat the devil with it + king dice so it's not too bad
A good combo tho is heart ring charm and the crackshot

In comparison to Lobber, I think Twist Up is great, but it vastly depends on the boss. It's awesome with nearly all of King Dice's mini bosses, but sucks ass if you use it with someone like Beppi.
This video was a Absolute 10/10 (also kinda sussy ngl)
