how interesting - i just turned on my Galaxy Projector for the first time this morning, and have been exploring its reaction to Bluetooth audio for my upcoming visual project. Googled "Apollo Twin X optical" and found my way here, to see a Galaxy illuminating your background! Love your cat - enjoy your Apollo!
Hi..if i have 2 audio interface audient with optical and black lion with spidf coax..my question is..can we connect each other to expand 2 channel with this converter..thks for your answer
Hi were you able to compare the sound of going direct to the Mac from the FM3 via USB instead of the using the Apollo in the middle? How did they compare and which did you end up using? Thanks
I've done exactly what you've shown here, and I can't get my apollo to see the clock from the Axefx. Could you please post a link to the converter box you used?
Hello ! I'm looking to buy an FM3 and to connect it with SPDIF to my Twin X. Can I use the SPDIF channel on console just like another pair of channels without changing the clock to SPDIF ?
Hey buddy, nice video. I've got a Kemper and UA Apollo Twin X, thinking of trying the SPIDF route. Any chance you could link to the exact cables and converter you used? Peace
Hey there, I bought a budget coax > optical converter on Amazon. I’m using some TOSLINK cable (don’t ask me what brand, I don’t remember) and a Sommer digital coax cable. “AMANKA Digital Audio konverter, Optische SPDIF Toslink zu Koaxial Converter” is the name on the German Amazon store.
Unfortunately, the Twin doesn’t have any optical or coax digital outputs. I am going digital coax > optical out of the FM3 into the optical input of the Twin, not the other way ‘round.

Hi! instead of using an adapter in the video, can I just use one cable? Spdif RCA input from AXE ===> optical output APOLLO ?
While I feel that I just lost the ability to understand English, nice video sir 😊

Tell me how to get optical output from the twin and I’ll give you a big prize
