  • The Creek Overcomes San Carlos Seniors In Face Of Early 4-Run Inning
    The Creek weathered a scare by San Carlos Seniors in the third inning where The Creek coughed up four runs, but The Creek still won 14-6 on Sunday. The offensive firepower by San Carlos Seniors was led by Mateo (Teo) Chocano, Hayden Del Visco, and Owen Strong, who all drove in runs.
    Bats blistered as The Creek collected 11 hits and San Carlos Seniors tallied six in the high-scoring game.
    The Creek got things moving in the first inning. The Creek scored one run when Zach Wood singled.
    Anders Munich was credited with the victory for The Creek. The righty allowed three hits and four runs over three innings, striking out three. Owen Soh-Tse threw four innings in relief out of the bullpen.
    Del Visco took the loss for San Carlos Seniors. Del Visco allowed three hits and five runs over two-thirds of an inning.
