They are so important, they areate soil which in turn allows plants, grass and vegetation growth, try no to kill them. Good to see you moved in Onel bor and back on the grass playing footy! I'm always amazed at your workouts - you are one fit guy.....as for music I go to a session called Rockbox and we use drum🥁 sticks and cardio tracks to rock music 🎶 great to drum to..... also Fully Pumped is another good gym for muscle building💪
